This property consists of three (3) Apartments as follows:

A ONE (1) BEDROOM APARTMENT

You are guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. Imagine having this area exclusively for you and your loved one to use! It is situated at the very front of the GREEN HAVEN COTTAGE compound and features all of the amenities you may expect to find in an Apartment.

This one (1) bedroom Apartment is ideally suited for couples and is pretty much like you vacationing in your own little house. You still have access though to the communal washing area, the lawn area and the driveway which is used for parking.

A TWO (2) BEDROOM APARTMENT

This two (2) Bedroom Apartment is ideal for two (2) couples but given the demand at times for larger groups, each room comes equipped with a full size bed and a double-decker (bunk-bed).

There are therefore three (3) beds in each of the two (2) rooms.

This Apartment is very comfortable, offering all of the usual amenities, including air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Each bedroom also comes with its own bathroom. The porch/gallery provides for outdoor relaxation and guests are free to use the grounds, communal washing area and driveway for parking.

A STUDIO APARTMENT

This is a cosy, stylishly decorated apartment that is perfect for one person or a couple. If need be, there are two twin-sized beds and a small roll-out couch that can cater for even more persons.

The outdoor patio provides for outdoor relaxation and guests are free to use the outdoor grounds, communal washing area and driveway for parking.

This Apartment comes with air-conditioning and all the other basic amenities to guarantee an enjoyable stay.

Free breakfast is served. This bed & breakfast also features barbecue grills, a garden, and limo service.

This Les Coteaux bed & breakfast is smoke free.
