Apartment was lovely and cosy. Close to slopes bars and supermarket.
We loved the location and style of the apartment. Right next to the slopes and 2 supermarkets. The sofa comfortably fits 4 people and the TV was great for plugging in our laptop via HDMI for films in the evening. The only slight issue was that when we arrived at 7pm we collected the keys from the office and arrived at our room to find that the apartment hadn't been checked since the last people stayed. Their bag of dirty sheets was left on the bed and none of the mattresses had been shaken off. The floor hadn't been hoovered even though one was provided. The kitchen and bathroom had been cleaned relatively well which we were thankful for but it wasn't the nicest arrival to the apartment. Considering we have had €400 deposit taken from us at the time of booking in case a cleaning service was needed (it won't be, we left the place spotless) I thought it was bad that no one had come to check, let alone clean the apartment before we arrived. That being said once we did a quick clean and unpacked it was very homely and just about fitted all 5 of us in. Ski lockers very useful too and well placed by entrance.

Small but perfect
We were a group of four looking for somewhere central and convenient for a cheap trip to the best ski resort in the alps. This was exactly that. We loved the apartment, the kitchen was amazingly stocked and the whole place was clean and cheerful. The best part of room 304 is it's location though. We were seconds to the sherpa, one minute to the ski set and four minutes walk to O'connel's irish pub. Additionally it was almost ski in ski out. I would 100% recommend and visit it again.

Ottimo appartamento, completo, centrale e ben esposto
Abbiamo soggiornato a metà Marzo 2017, quindi a stagione avanzata, scegliendo Val Thorens per la sua collocazione a 2300mt che permette di sciare sempre su un'ottima neve. Il comprensorio è davvero sterminato con piste ampie e di diversa difficoltà. La descrizione nell'annuncio è fedele a quanto riscontrato sul posto; la comunicazione con Fabio, il proprietario, è stata perfetta: ha risposto velocemente a tutte le richieste. Per ritirare le chiavi c'è una agenzia a poche centinaia di metri dalla casa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in ordine e pulito, con tutto il necessario: cucina completa di stoviglie, elettrodomestici ed accessori; soggiorno con divano letto confortevole e tv grande. Zona notte isolabile da una porta con due letti a castello e l' alcova con un comodo letto matrimoniale. L' appartamento è disposto a sud quindi prende il sole per tutto il pomeriggio dall'ampia vetrata che permette di godere di una buona vista sulle cime circostanti; ci siamo goduti anche l' ampio balcone provvisto di sedie sdraio e tavolino. L'appartamento è situato al centro della località quindi comodissimo sia per la spesa (proprio sotto casa il market Sherpa con gastronomia e specialità savoiarde pronte) che per l' accesso alle piste. Alla sera la via sottostante è animata dal viavai dei turisti e dei molti giovani che si ritrovano nella parte alta della località, affollata di locali. L' appartamento è comunque ben isolato e chiudendo la portafinestra si annullano quasi del tutto i rumori esterni. Abbiamo usato poco i radiatori elettrici, ma, nelle serate fredde si sono rivelati molto efficaci scaldando la casa in pochi minuti. Come suggerito da Fabio, raccomandiamo di prenotare in anticipo il parcheggio dell' auto. Nel paese si può circolare liberamente sostando temporaneamente per il carico/scarico bagagli, ma non è consentito lasciare le auto parcheggiate lungo le vie. Ci sentiamo in conclusione di consigliare questo appartamento dall' ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Central mais beaucoup trop bruyant
L'appartement est en plein centre de la station et la baie vitrée (simple) donne sur une rue très fréquentée, notamment par tout un tas de gens ivres entre 22H et 3h du matin et ce tous les jours de la semaine. Certains ont même élu domicile des heures durant sous le proche d'entrée de l'immeuble... Nous avons du faire appel à la gendarmerie pour faire revenir le calme (temporairement). Il ne faut néanmoins pas trop en attendre des forces de l'ordre qui sont un peu démunies face à ce problème (ils ne vont pas enfermer en cellule de dégrisement des dizaines de personnes chaque jour). Dommage car l'appartement est bien situé pour le ski et l'intérieur est relativement confortable (un peu "vieux" mais correct). Le propriétaire est impossible à joindre pour poser des questions, il ne souhaite pas "parler" et ne fait que répondre par email (certainement un soucis de langue, j'ai pourtant proposé le français et l'anglais pour échanger). Sinon, la station est géniale pour le domaine skiable, les commerces, les animations... Vraiment dommage qu'ils acceptent si facilement qu'une poignée de personnes viennent perturber le plaisir de plein d'autres gens (vous imaginez que nous n'avons pas été les seuls de l'immeuble à demander à ces perturbateurs de partir).
