Duplex with Savoyard chalet decoration, ski-in/ski-out, 6 persons

Ideally located in the famous district of 'Chatelet', our apartment is in front of the gondola lift and near the frog (from other lifts) and kindergarten. You will ski at the foot of the building. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (no sleeping in the living room), a living room, a bathroom and two toilets, including an independent. The decoration, type Savoyard cottage, allowed us to obtain the 'Méribel label' which rewards the quality apartments. The apartment has a private parking space in the basement and unlimited access and free internet.
So that you can spend warm evenings, we leave you with a raclette and a fondue set.
For sun lovers, two deckchairs are available on the terrace.
Possibility of cleaning end of stay and rental of linen.
Access to the center of the resort is on foot (200 m without leveling).
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only, dogs are not allowed.

Lovely apartment
The apartment is very appealing, clean and well equipped. We were four adults and so it was nice to have two separate sleeping rooms and no-one having to sleep in the living room. Location is perfect with easy access to the slopes as well as plenty of bars and restaurants, plus a supermarket all close by. The car parking space was just an added bonus! Will definitely use again if staying in Meribel.

Cosy family apartment very close to ski-lift & all amenities
This was our first time staying in this apartment & the space worked well for our young family. It was the children's first ski trip & we wanted to be close to the lifts - the apartment is opposite the Plattieres telecabin. Even though there are restaurants nearby, we heard no noise in the apartment. The apartment has the master bedroom (double bed) on the same floor as the main living area (kitchen/lounge & bathroom), The second bedroom is upstairs (with double bed & 2 single beds & toilet). The roof is pitched, so the restricted ceiling height in the children's room didn't matter. The children loved having their own space up stairs, allowing them space to play & read. This was important as the floor space with the sofa is not large. As a family with 3 children, the property was perfect for us.

Gran acierto! Apartamento amplio situado a pie de pistas enfrente de teleférico Platteries, ubicación inmejorable, dispone de plaza de garaje en el propio edificio, guardaesquis, ascensor, el apartamento está muy equipado en cuanto a electrodomésticos y menaje. Muy recomendable.

Très bonne impression dans l'ensemble avec un bon emplacement et un appartement conforme à la description. Malheureusement pour nous le séjour a été un peu perturbé par le non fonctionnement du radiateur de la chambre à coucher et ce durant toute la semaine. A noter également la difficulté à localiser la résidence à l'arrivée et la bousculade pour décharger les bagages.

Appartement très bien placé. Loueur de matériel de ski au rez de chaussée de la résidence. 2 super restaurants au pied. Remontées mécaniques à 100 mètres. Bon équipement de l appartement. Orientation plein ouest. Un seul petit bémol : pas de fenêtre dans la chambre sous les combles et plafond très bas. Bien pour des enfants... Je recommande. Catherine

Localisation geniale
L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre de Mottaret. Il est confortable, dispose de toutes les facilités et est très bien agencé. Nous y retournerons si possible. Petit bémol sur le bruit d'ascenseur, ils devraient être remplacés par des nouveaux plus silencieux. Ce serait alors le paradis. ( Cela réveillait notre fille de 8 ans qui dormait dans la mezzanine. )

Cozy Appartement near the ski slope
we stay in the appartement for one weeks. Everything was clean and cozy. The accommodation is small (only two sleeping rooms for six persons), but you have everything you need. You can see the ski slope from the balcony, very nice! The commutication with the host was perfect and quick. So a perfect appartement for your stay in Meribel-Mottaret.

Super emplacement, appartement joli et soigné, très bien équipé. Je préciserais juste que les escaliers menant à la mezzanine sont très raides et que par sécurité nous avons dû installer notre fille de 4 ans dans la chambre, et donc dormir mon mari et moi en haut, sans fenêtre et avec très peu de hauteur sous plafond. Pour des enfants plus grands c'est certainement le paradis !

Está muy bien pero la contratación y gestión es complicada
El apartamento está muy bien y esta muy bien situado, pero todo lo que ha sido la contratación del mismo y la devolución de la fianza ha sido muy complicado. Comienza con que te hace firmar un contrato de alquiler (hay que leérselo, firmarlo y mandarlo), luego el pago no quiere que lo hagas por Homeaway sino que hay que hacer una trasferencia a Irlanda. El dueño te da una dirección privada para que te comuniques con él y no a través de Homeaway. Entiendo que si en algún momento surge un problema con el dueño no tendrás del respaldo de Homeaway al hacerlo fuera de sus cauces, aunque la comisión de Homeaway la pagas igual. Después te manda un inventario interminable, en letra pequeña son tres hojas y en francés, que si no es tu idioma tienes que traducir y aun así, algunas cosas no sabes lo que es. El dueño te dice muy claro que, si no le comunicas dentro de las primeras horas las cosas que faltan o están rotas, te las descontará de la fianza. Por lo tanto, según llegas prevé bastante tiempo para chequearlo todo. Para que te hagas una idea en la lista aparece desde la vitrocerámica a los cuadros de las paredes, por lo que imagínate lo detallada que es. En los apartamentos no hay nadie para atenderte, la llave te la manda por correo postal días antes. Si tienes cualquier problema solo puedes comunicarte con el dueño por mail y tardó horas en contestar (entiendo que también le podrás llamar al teléfono) porque no está en la estación. Nosotros tuvimos un problema con la taza del wáter y nos dijo que nos podía mandar un fontanero pero no se sabía cuando y si teníamos que estar nosotros en el apartamento, con lo cual, con las indicaciones que nos dio por mail lo arreglamos nosotros y sino ya habíamos decidido arreglarnos solo con el otro wáter. La fianza, que la hice mediante una trasferencia, no me la recibido en mi banco de vuelta hasta 12 días después de habernos ido del apartamento. Si estás dispuesto a hacer todo el papeleo y gestiones que he comentado y no te importa que si tienes algún problema no haya nadie para solucionártelo, por lo demás el apartamento está muy bien.
