Great Location, horrible service !
I have stayed at this hotel before after a horrible experience when booking a hotel around the corner called Real Rex, it was an amazing experience a year ago. Not so much this time around, the beds were rock hard and felt like concrete. Entering the room, everything I never thought could be wrong was. The light bulbs needed to be changed out, sate box was not working, there was no phone in the room installed and my major issue was the cable and WiFi. It was a daily malfunction of the room between the hours of noon - 4pm, not sure if they had a programming to shut it off or if it was just a horrible location for WiFi and the room overall was a place to stay but I’m reconsidering not booking there again. As much as I complained about things going wrong and had maintenance constantly back every day, not one front desk lobby rep offered to swap my room out. I’m highly disappointed in this service.

The location is wonderful and the on site parking with valet is very convenient. They were always very friendly whether we were coming or going. Housekeeping did a great job. Our room was always clean and the entire hotel looked great. We had a suite and the space was perfect for all of us.

Excellent service de voiturier et excellent service à la réception. Par contre, dans la chambre 254, un des lits doubles était sale. Nous avons retrouvé une poignée de cheveux dans le lit, et des tâches noires les taies d’oreiller n’avaient pas été changées, elles avaient une odeur , ne sentait pas bonne. Deuxième visite à cet endroit et nous avons été très déçu Le buffet déjeuner est super, il y a de tout. Ils préparent les omelettes et les œufs ainsi que les tortillas. Yogourt, fruit, jus frais et viennoiseries. Pour notre part, nous n’avons reçu aucun privilège de l’établissement avec notre accès VIP

Lo único agradable fue la cercanía al centro y la plaza. Lo demas estuvo mal para mis gustos. Cuarto con cucarachitas negras, por lo que pague me dieron el cuarto mas feo con olor a drenaje el baño y la vista un tremendo rotoplas en la ventana. El closet con ganchos viejisimos y quebrada una repisa.

Very good hotel in an amazing area. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel offers excellent transportation to anywhere further. Has to be the best option in this area. Would definitely stay here again.

Not bad for the price. However, the beds are the worst beds I have EVER slept in. The floor would have been just as good as bed. The hotel needs an uodate but the staff is wonderful.
