We really appreciate your stay with us and for taking the time to let us know your feedback, we wish to clarify some items on this review. You were reported to our Front Desk at 6pm the pool was dirty and full of algae. Manager on Duty straight to call pool attendant to check and clean it. Pool attendant was checked and he said we need brushing treatment. However, all pool machine off at 6pm and pool attendant cannot do treatment. Pool attendant back to the room in the morning one day after guest reported. They saw the alga only in the corner of pool and pool attendant was brushing until clean. We also received your report about the dirty water from the basin. The Manager on Duty informed engendering team to check soonest, our team went to the room directly to flushing all the tab and all fix on that time.Our Front Desk Team always do a reconfirmation one day before guest departure for any further arrangement needed such as; taxi to the harbour and the boat transfer. Unfortunately taxi to the harbour was not needed. Did you mention anything to the Manager in-charge in regards to the juices? So, if something was out of ordinary, it would need to be fix immediately. That being said, we hope you found what you're looking for and enjoy the rest of your holiday!.

Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date.
