My stay was nice, the staff was kind and professional, they granted all my requests easly. The room was clean and cozy but somewhat crowded with the furniture design and a fridge and a water heater is needed in the room. Overall it was a nice stay.

Upon checking in with two other guests, there were several issues that made two of our three rooms unusable. When trying to address these issues with the front desk staff, we were rudely brushed aside. We were forced to re-book at another hotel (H2) at our own expense and both the property and Expedia have been unwilling to address the issue. Issues that the staff would not address: Bathroom lighting did not work (unable to see) Rooms were 80F and HVAC not functioning Stains and dirt on multiple things in the room including bedding. Wifi not functional Power outlets not functioning in one of the rooms

Nice hotel to stay at before flight home
Check-in was friendly and the room we got was a family room with an actual bedroom. It was spacious and clean. The hotel had an elevator which was very nice since we didn't have to lug our luggage up flights of stairs. Unfortunately we didnt stay for breakfast since our flight was super early. Great stay!

My stay at TRYP
Very good value for money. Opted for the half board and although the evening meal was limited in choice , it meant that we could relax after a long drive without having to look for restaurants.

Staff helpful with smile on their faces. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. What spoil are stay was old spring mattress. We felt every single spring. We couldn`t sleep. There wasn`t "don`t disturb" card.

Very poor - Wifi doesn't work in the rooms, no roll-away beds as requested, fitness studio a joke and sauna not working, slowest restaurant service imaginable (35 minutes for a plate of cold nachos) plus rude reception staff.

Short drive to Porsche Leipzig, which was convienent. Hard to get to, you have to take an exit and then back track on side streets to the previous overpass. The hotel was clean, the check-in fast. The restaurant was already closed, but there is a Greek place attached to the outside of the building that was great. Room was absolutely tiny, but clean and modern styled. Price was decent. Would have liked if breakfast went longer on the weekends (10am)... but that's my fault for sleeping in... Hotel bar was nice with friendly people. I hope I get the chance to go back.

Kamers waren veel te warm, lift was kapot. Bij het ontbijtbuffet werd niks aangevuld dus op is op. De roereieren smaakte vies volgens mij waren ze de voorbije dag al klaargemaakt
