Owners substituted apartments on us at the last minute without our approval. We had planned to stay close to our daughters apartment in one area of town and we were put in another area of town. We did not want to be in. We were not pleased with the substitution at all.

Great apartment in a nice location
Perfect apartment for two couples. Central location in a lovely neighborhood! Close to cafes, restaurants, transit, and a block from the grocery store so you can stick up the kitchen as well as cook during your stay

Functional and close to the tram
The appartment was clean and functional. It's very easy to reach with tram and you can find a supermarket just around the corner. We came for a football game and were lucky to find ourselves next to our fanzone, which was unexpected but definitely a highlight.

Optimale Lage, dennoch Punktabzug
Wir haben diese Wohnung für die Dauer einer Woche gemietet. Leipzig ist eine Reise wert und die Lage der Wohnung ist gut geeignet, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Mehrere Straßenbahnlinien verkehren ganz in der Nähe (ohne dass man sie in der Wohnung hört), Speiselokale, Bäckereien, Supermärkte sind zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Den Karl-Heine-Kanal, die weiße Elster, große Parks kann man im Rahmen eines kurzen Spaziergangs erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Gebäude, die Anmietung der Garage empfiehlt sich, weil sich an der Straße nicht unbedingt ein Parkplatz findet (wir haben das Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht benötigt). Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Einen Punktabzug gibt es, weil die Dusche unbedingt einer Sanierung bedarf, u. a. ist die Dichtung sehr verschimmelt. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung bedarf einer ausgiebigen Grundreinigung.

Ersatzquartier
Wir wurden noch vor unserer Anreise in einer anderen Ferienwohnung des gleichen Anbieters untergebracht (Theater II in Leipzig-Lindenau), weil die gebuchte Wohnung erinnern Wasserschaden hatte. Die Bewertung bezieht sich also auf das Ersatzquartier. Die Umbuchung war kein Problem, die Kommunikation per E-Mail mit dem Anbieter lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war ansehnlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber, nur im Bad an der Wanne gab es ein paar dunkle Flecken, wie sie sich im Lauf der Zeit nunmal bilden. Seife war gar nicht vorhanden, Toilettenpapier nur eine Rolle, also besser welches mitbringen oder fix kaufen gehen, eine Drogerie ist um die Ecke (das nur als Hinweis, diese Dinge werden nicht versprochen, dass sie da sind, also ist nicht negativ, dass sie fehlen). Die Lage ist gut, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle gleich nebenan und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche. Das Haus ist ebenfalls gepflegt und es ist recht ruhig (vom Glockenläuten der Nathanaelkirche abgesehen).

Gute Lage - gute Ausstattung
Es war Alles so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Das Appartement war sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, die Betten sehr angenehm.
