Property is in great condition. The service at the hotel is top notch with the staff dedicated to taking care of you. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and made from fresh and good quality ingredients. The property is located 1km from the main Leh Market and it's an easy 15 minute uphill walk to the market. The property is also only 10 mins from the airport. The property also has great view of the hills.

Great Hotel But Amazing Staff!
I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Dragon. The rooms are very nice, the hotel has very nice sitting areas, a great spa, and it is well located. I think what makes this hotel is the service from the staff. Whether it was dining (in room and in the restaurants), assistance with planning excursions, or essential functions like check in, the staff truly makes you feel like a valuable guest. I would highly recommend staying here during a trip to Leh

Problems at check in . Premier Heritage is anything but Premierand misleading as though the hotel was trying to deceive you. Shd be categorized as Low, Medium, High so you know. Insistence paid off with an upgrade at the end. That improved my stay

Great stay
Excellent location, nice architecture of the building, well thought of interior design. Well equipped rooms and toilets with abundant accessories. We were not required to demand any thing . The staff is well trained and which they exhibit in their behaviour. Himaunshu was taking great care of us in the dining hall.The food preparation is delicious. A big dining hall with Mountain View. We thoroughly enjoyed this . Our suggestion is for seniors a mini meal dish can be thought of . This will be good for their health as well as their pocket. On the day of check out we had hired a taxi of the hotel . Laxsha one of the staff member saw to it that there is sufficient drinking water , cookies etc in the vehicle . This generated lot of confidence in our mind for our further destination to Nubra . Overall wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Dragon. Check in and check out were seamless, we enjoyed the kahwa welcome tea. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant had lots of Indian and Western food options. The staff were friendly and professional. I need to give a special shout out to Gagan who waited on us for breakfast and dinner. I was sick with food poisoning and altitude sickness, he noticed I was skipping meals so he would deliver lemon, honey, ginger tea to my room as well as fruits for me to eat. That kind of service was so special and really helped my recovery. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend them to any traveller in Leh.

Wonderful views. Very calming to see the mountains while laid low by altitude sickness. Outdoor patio lovely. Luxurious decor, courteous staff. Lunch and dinner was average. Breakfast was the best meal!

The service was unprofessional. We had an early flight back to Delhi and a packed breakfast was promised to be ready for us. No breakfast was ready in the morning and we almost missed a flight when some unprofessional receptionist tried to wake up kitchen staff to pack a banana and a pastry. In the end we left with nothing. For the rates the hotel charge per night it is very a poor establishment in terms of service.

The staff was great. Food was just ok. Not quite what I would consider a 5 star hotel, but it was definitely the best option so it seemed in Leh and I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a good location with great views of snow capped mountains. Very spacious lobby with multiple seating locations. The rooms are beautiful, I stayed at a luxury mountain suite , it’s done up excellent with a spacious living room and balcony. The food is tasty in the restaurant and has an outdoor seating , has a garden lounge with covered cabana’s at the ground level. Most important the staff were very courteous and welcoming, with good service quality. My special thanks to Mr Abdul, how organised our permits and travel arrangements for our 6 days visit to Ladakh and was always available for any service that was required. I would highly recommend this place , with all my experience of travelling to over 125 countries and having stayed at the best of the properties globally.
