The area was noisy, they could do with double glazing on the windows. The service at the swim up bar was terrible. They were to busy chatting with each other to serve people.

The hotel itself is a nice hotel. Breakfast was a good selection and rooms a good size. The twin rooms are standard single beds and not two doubles as in other bali hotels we have stayed but comfortable.We had an interconnecting room with chldren but despite emails months prior this was not 100% confirmed until arrival as always advised request had neen noted but dependant on availability. Pool appears bigger on the photos but was a nice size although doesnt get much sun so was quite refreshing. Staff were lovely and was a pleasant stay although had to walk 15mins / bluebird to any main shops and restraunts legian way.

The place was clean, the staff are super friendly and walking distance to shopping and tourist areas. It has a pool bar with reasonably priced drinks and the breakfast has something for everyone. I would stay here again

The property itself was nice enough and the staff were outstanding. The room we stayed in was also nice for the price. The pool was pretty good and a relaxing area. The location of the hotel was not great the river across the road has quite a bit of rubbish in it and there’s nowhere to walk to for a nice dinner, every time you leave you have to get a taxi which is ok but not as convenient as other places we have stayed. Overall it was good but probably a once off as for the same money there are many better locations. Location just not for us!

The property was good to stay at and the staff very attentive and friendly. The location was a bit further out than we thought it would be. It is a bit of a walk to Legian beach and the area around the hotel is a little run down. The hotel itself was very enjoyable and nice to stay at.

Perfect stay!

Excellent location about 20min walk to beach/active area through local streets/narrow passageways. What a value! Amazing breakfast with varied protein, Indo staples, fruit, coffee and fresh cappucino. Pool is in shady area if sun is too much. Solid, small gym but with good quality machinery and dumbbells. Loved the quiet area. Perfect short stay. Staff extremely accommodating!

Everything was good, except for the sound proofing. The walls were very thin and we could hear the adjacent rooms talking. The constant slamming of doors in the walkway and voices of guests when they walked by our room could be heard. We would have liked to sleep in but the constant slamming of doors and guests talking often woke us up around 7am. Please improve the soundproofing for the rooms. Apart from that, everything else is great.
