Villa Panorea, is a 170sqm property, comprised of the main villa on three levels and an apartment on the ground floor. In total there are six bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has an outdoor private pool with salt water, a barbeque area, private parking space accommodating up to three cars. The villa offers unobstructed views of the sea, it is dipped in nature, located in a quiet area, just a 1' minute drive to Agios Nikitas village.
The main villa spreads throughout three levels.
On the first level there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen- dining - living area, a full bathroom and a balcony offering magnificent sea views.
On the second level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds ( both of which have air conditioning ) and a full bathroom. There is also a balcony with table and chairs, offering amazing sea views of the Ionian Pelagus.
On the third level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed ( with air conditioning ) and the other bedroom with two single beds ( equipped with a fan ).
The apartment is located on the ground floor and it is comprised of an open plan kitchen- living area, two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two single beds ( both with air conditioning ) and a full bathroom. The main entrance of the apartment leads directly to the pool area.
Villa Panorea is located within the settlement of Agios Nikitas and is a 1' minute drive or a 10' minute walk to the village. The distance from Lefkas town is approximately a 15' minute drive and from Aktion ( PVK ) airport is a 35' minute drive. The famous Kathisma beach is located at a distance of a 5' minute drive.
The private parking area accommodates up to three cars comfortably and is an open space within the property boundaries.
