Entire house in the Village of Del Mar located within the exclusive gated community of The Villages, Florida! A three bedroom, two bathroom spacious home with a living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, sun room and a patio with grill. It is located on a large lot, only an 8 minute walk (2 minutes by car or golf cart) to Spanish Springs Town Square and a short distance to three different executive golf courses. The Living room has a 65 inch Samsung 4K HDTV with Hulu Live TV. There are TVs in the master and both bedrooms also. Every room is fully furnished with everything that you need for a great stay.
The dining room table has two leaf inserts that can expand the table to accommodate up to
10 guests. The home has a screened-in lanai complete with a tables and chairs. There is also an open-air patio perfect for grilling out on the nice propane grill, which is provided.
The fully functional kitchen has a dinette eating area as well as a bar-style counter top complete with two bar stools. Kitchen comes stocked with snacks, and beverages for guests who are on-the-go. Kitchen fixtures include a full-sized range oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stainless French-door refrigerator/freezer, and cast-iron sink with stainless pull-down faucet head/sprayer combo and stainless dish soap dispenser. Oneida Service for 10 flatware and Mikasa dinnerware.
Home has two full size bathrooms; Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with large lavatory, large mirror and lots of cabinet storage space. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Both showers come equipped with dual showerheads (fixed showerhead and hand shower attachment). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash gel, bar soap, male & female razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided to each guest.
Two bedrooms have queen sized beds. The twin bedroom has two bunk bed sets (4 twin beds total). Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with full-sized mirror doors and plenty of storage space. The Villages has countless amenities like golf, pickle ball, swimming, etc. available to renters. Please notify us a few days ahead of check-in date if you are interested in these amenities.
In order for us to provide our guests with the highest quality visit, we ask that our guests follow a strict check-in and check-out policy as described in the booking. Guests should plan for a 3pm check-in and 11am check out.
