When we arrived the hallways had an odd smell. My wife likened it to a musty smell. The couch had a stain on it. The “hot tub” wasn’t hot. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean

Our stay
We were there for my father’s celebration of life! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One of our reasons for picking the hotel was the pool and its proximity to the Hawthorne Community, where he had lived! The service from hotel staff was friendly and efficient! The breakfast had a good choice of food to choose from that my picky eater found something she liked and enjoyed! The room was clean and comfortable the lobby was clean and comfortable area! All staff we encountered were friendly and kind!
