Ideal for 2 families or an extended family holiday. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Less than 300 metres to the beach, shops, and restaurants are all within close proximity. Luxurious furnishings and fittings which has recently been renovated with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Room for 9 with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a separate dining room, and living room, and 2 bathrooms. Up to 3 parking passes can be provided.
The space
Upon entering the front door a long hallway with multiple coat hooks and plenty of room for shoes is presented. There is a large living room off the hallway with a corner leather sofa that seats 7-8 and a leather footstool that also doubles as a seat. An LED TV and lamp complete the room. From the hallway there is a dining room which extends to the kitchen and back yard. The dining table seats 9. The hallway also leads to the stairs which take you up to the first floor and the family bathroom. A bedroom with twin single beds and a master bedroom with king size bed complete this floor. Stairs lead to the second floor where there is a triple sleeper bedroom, a double with a single above. A Jack and Jill bathroom leads to another large king size bedroom. The top floor king room also houses a second shower.
Guest access
Parking is available on the nearby 'controlled parking' streets, parking passes can be arranged free of charge upon booking. To get around Bridlington from the house walking is encouraged. At the end of the street roughly 150 metres is the harbour, fish and chips restaurants and takeaways, ice cream, sweet and rock shops. A couple of supermarkets are also in the vicinity as well as a range of smaller produce shops. There are several pubs in walking distance. Bridlington has a seafront fair, with rides for young and old and amusement arcades. The splash zone at the East Riding Leisure centre with swimming pool is a family favourite. The land train stops within 500 metres of the house.

Soul weekender break
Holiday property spacious and in a good location for the Bridlington spa where the soul event we were attending was taking place. Upon arrival the property was clean but not spotless, a few areas left a bit grubby and some kitchen utensils found dirty and needed washing again. There was a lack of cleaning products, anti-bac spray and cloth, in the kitchen for wiping down surfaces and only 1 replacement bin bag. Sparse cooking equipment, pans and baking tins etc to cater for a large number of people. There were 5 of us and it was just about OK but the property sleeps up to 9 so maybe something to consider. The bin in the back yard was overflowing, attracting lots of flies, so very unpleasant to sit outside to use the table and chairs. One of the single beds had broken slats which had been mentioned before in the visitor book but had not been fixed. The main bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the main bathroom was nicely equipped and suited us very well. It would be helpful to include in the welcome information pack the details of the location of the 2nd set of keys which would avoid the need to contact the owner to find out, which we had to do during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay at the property again.
