Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, our modernist home is perfectly located in the vibrant Chapel Allerton area, which is also very well connected to Leeds city centre.

Our home combines tasteful bohemian and minimalist decor with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Unwind by the wood-burning stove on cozy winter evenings, or enjoy the peaceful back garden, where you will spot birds and squirrels through the French doors.

Our home is part of a collection of 1930s modernist houses renowned for their distinctive architecture. Characterized by flat roofs and clean, streamlined lines, the street's Mediterranean-inspired houses are an example of Art Deco design developed in some areas of Leeds in the 1930s. A great place to stay for those who appreciate design and character in their surroundings!
