Enjoy eco-friendly amenities, WiFi, a 70-inch Smart TV with free Netflix access, and an Xbox with various family-friendly games. The brand-new combi boiler ensures cozy heating throughout your stay.

Conveniently located just minutes from Leeds city center, you'll have easy access to Temple Newsam, Roundhay Park, First Direct Arena, shopping, and dining. It's the perfect retreat for relaxation and convenience, ideal for family vacations and contractors alike.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, French press, fridge-freezer, glassware, and all the pots, pans, crockery, and cooking utensils you need for your home away from home.

The living area features a dining table with chairs, a smart TV, and an Xbox. Additionally, there’s an eco-friendly Inspire home heating system, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board with iron.
