It was fine two things I’ll Mention for improvement. First lotion dispenser was empty. All should be checked regularly. Second the bartender went AWOL. While there were customers including one waiting impatiently to pay I gave up after almost 10’ of waiting.

Accessible room had a TUB! , a swivel low chair and a desk chair with wheels. All unsafe for those with mobility issues. Some services were charged extra (water, continental breakfast) and room cleaning by schedule. Clean lovely hotel but “nit-picky”.

I was happy the first of 2 days, the purpose of which was to check my husband in for rehab of a fractured neck. I returned to room after 2nd long day at hospital and found the bed unmade, old towels still in disarray, and only one remaining towel, 1 remaining coffee set. When inquiring at from desk, the response was:”did you sign up for housekeeping?” I did not know you had to sign up to have your room cleaned, reset. The only hotel I have ever had to do this in, of many hundreds around the world, was the Candlewood Suites in Manhattan (where they have many notices informing you), I wasn’t told about this at check-in, no signs at front desk or in room, no tags for door, no signal light to activate. I was informed this hotel is owned by an entity not managed like the Hilton at Logan Airport/ Boston. So if you stay here ( in a deluxe room), be sure to sign up for housekeeping when you arrive.
