Vary nice place but We had a fireplace that had problems and the tv above the fireplace would not even turn on called the front desk they sent a maintenance personnel out with new batteries for the tv remote and he attempted to repair the fireplace with no luck on either problem it was late and at this point we just wanted to relax my wife googled the tv problem said to unplug for 5min which seemed to fix the problem as for the fireplace I was able to get the pilot re lite and stay on until we shut it of and of course the pilot shut off again it will need to be repaired Other then that was a nice place

We went to Leavenworth for a short trip. Stayed 2 nights and everything was wonderful. We called the front desk as if they had a fan and they brought one right over everyone. Was nice.

It was our first time traveling to leavenworth. It was an Amazing experience overall. Staff at icicle village resort was kind. Attentive and carrying. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The staff was accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful. The overall hotel was quite outdated, which could have been why it appeared a bit dirty. No cleaning in the room during a multiple night stay. Many minor issues in the room that could have been addressed- slow drain, tv mount sagging (almost falling off the wall) ,etc.
