Staff was pleasant and communication was great! There was an awesome complimentary breakfast. Our only complaint is the beds were a little broken down and not super comfy.

We had a nice stay on this hotel. The location is quite convenient as it's located along the main town street and is only a short walk to the main POIs. Room was clean and had a second sink and mirror which is always convenient.

Some staff great, some staff so-so
Food provided for the breaks and banquet, was very good. Staff was mostly friendly, though some seemed put out if you asked for anything slightly out of the ordinary. E.g., asking for more medium roast coffee (there was plenty of dark roast, but also seemed low on the medium roast). There was still about an hour left for breakfast, but instead of bringing out more coffee they just removed the empty and brought out more dark roast...but front desk seemed perturbed that they had to go let someone know...but then the issue wasn't even addressed. As for excellent service, the gentleman who worked the bar for our banquet was efficient, helpful, and pleasant.

Staff was excellent at communicating with me during my staff. I requested an early check in and staff was able to accommodate me with this request. Room was clean, comfortable and I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this resort!

Very nice place, nice/friendly staff. Easy (flat) walking distance to downtown (I think it was just over half a mile to the edge of the downtown area). We stayed in a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo - the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the kitchen/livingroom area. Very spacious. Good, hot breakfast. I didn't get a chance to use the pool/hot tub, but others said it was great!

There are somethings that show the age of the property, but it was a great stay. I would have liked to see that there wasn't a bath in our room, but I don't think there's a sort for that. It was a great stay for the little girl and the mini-golf was her favorite.

The location is just far enough from the tourist area, allowing a good walk but less crowded. Family friendly, however teens were running up and down the hallways of all the floors shooting each other with toy guns for quite awhile in the evening making it hard to relax and woke neighboring babies trying to sleep. Breakfast was really nice, staff did a great job keeping it fresh and available.
