From espressos and lattes to Ghirardelli hot chocolate, there's something for everyone, including a wide selection of teas and flavored coffee syrups for your custom coffee creations.

Inside, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives, durable pots and pans, and some added treats: a fun, complimentary popcorn machine with popcorn ready to pop and a smart, easy-to-use waffle maker for delightful breakfasts. Weekend Get Away
My husband and I, along with our 7 year old lab had a fantastic weekend get away! The condo was perfect for our needs, tidy, clean, easy to access and I love the coffee bar and fire place. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the front street area with made not having to worry about parking a delight. All communications with Theo were were super quick and easy. Absolutely zero complaints!!

Great getaway
My family and I took a quick trip to Leavenworth and this property was perfect. Located across the street from the Alpine coaster and walking minutes from town, I would highly recommend. We enjoyed the pool and amenities this site had to offer and owner was gracious to allow our dog to join us for a reasonable fee. We would highly recommend this location and visit again!

Perfect Leavenworth Stay
We had such an amazing time here! It was the perfect stay for our little family. Lots of fun things to do for kids on the property and nearby. Condo was clean, well equipped, and bed were so comfy! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice decor and lovely bedding. Very comfortable sleeping 😴 Easy walking to main area of Leavenworth. Nice kitchen and all very nice 👍 Small touches made it extra special! We were not able to work the TV, but we are not big TV watchers. A radio would be nice, but we used our cell phones for music ☺️ All and all we are very pleased with our stay. THANK YOU

Very comfortable and great for filling downtime
Very clean, very comfortable beds, and well appointed with plenty of towels, pillows, extra blankets, pool towels, etc. it's a short walk to downtown Leavenworth. If you have a little down time to fill the pool and basketball court are great. There's also a super charming mini golf course there for an extra fee. The only minor issue is that the fireplace would t light up for us. It either needs to be fixed or instructions need to be included for how to turn it on. We will stay here again when we return to Leavenworth.

Perfect in every way
We absolutely loved staying here !! Great location, perfectly clean, very well appointed (even the knives were sharp, which we have found to be unusual), very accurately represented. When we wanted to stay an extra night, the host was very responsive and even offered a nice discount. We especially liked the convenient, but quiet location, the amenities of the attached resort, and watching the little 'roller coaster' from the balcony. Leavenworth is a gorgeous destination with lots to offer all ages and interests. We enjoyed both putting courses, the Icicle Ridge Winery in Peshastin, long walks along the river and lots of dining choices. We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful distraction
My kids and I lost my husband/father in August. We've been thru a lot the last 9 months and needed a getaway. We've been to Leavenworth 2x with my husband and fell in love with the town. The kids and I have great memories from our previous trips. The Cafe Condo was the perfect home away from home. It was fabulous and had everything we needed to help us relax and destress. We will definitely be back!!

Family Getaway!
It started off a little rough. We set the alarm off on the door. But after figuring out what we did wrong, we walked into a wonderful little condo. It was the perfect location at the end of town. Right across the street from three Adventure Park. We just walked everywhere. The condo was fully equiped with everything you need and it was super clean. I loved it.

Perfect Weekend
Kris’s place was great! Awesome location, clean and cozy. He was able to accommodate an early check in time which was greatly appreciated. Only thing I will say is the bedrooms got really hot despite adjusting the temp. The living room and kitchen it was felt but not once the bedroom doors were closed. Not sure if user error. Regardless it was a perfect place for a weekend stay in Leavenworth!

Wonderful Leavenworth trip!!
My family and I enjoyed your condo so much! It was so cute and cozy and slept everyone comfortably. We loved all the nice touches like animal pictures and very comfortable beds and pillows. I am going to recommend this condo to everyone I know who goes to Leavenworth and this will be the condo I want to reserve next time.
