Yasmine was so welcoming and totally efficient in her role. We loved her. Thanks for the great customer service, the lobby bar and tv area was our favorite area of the hotel!

Loved the old western feel of the hotel. Inconvenient, steep stairways, but that's part of the charm. Hope they don't change the hotel and keep working to hold on to that 1850s feel!

My issue is with both hotel and the app I booked it through. Their app is horrible. I booked with insurance but due to a snow storm, we couldn’t get through. I notified the hotel that morning but I was told I had to cancel through hotel.com. I bought trip insurance through the app but trying to easily find a way to cancel reservation was next to impossible. When I was finally able to get an agent and not AI, was told I was too late. Agent tried to get hotel to reverse but they wouldn’t budge. Sorry I even made the reservation. The reviews say the hotel is rough. Maybe with my free money, they can make improvements

Historic hotel - conveniently located but...
The hotel is located right on the main street. One thing that stood out were the staff. They are really courteous, mild mannered and really helpful. The hotel is quite historic in terms of its overall decor. A few things that stood out for us: - No elevator in the hotel. The steps are narrow and when we are traveling in as out of state travelers, the heavy bags coupled with altitude sickness can become quite a nuisance. - The beds are rather small. The double beds that should comfortably sleep two are not wide enough and for a 6 foot person like me, I can't stretch my legs fully. - The wash basin is on the outside which adds a new level of inconvenience after a bathroom visit. The hotel pricing is good and is in a convenient location to all the stores and restaurants. There is adequate parking as well. The hotel itself has restaurants for lunch, dinner or breakfast options. We liked pretty much everything with the hotel except the things listed above.

The staff was extremely sweet and helpful but still it’s a very old antique building floors and old area rugs. It’s a rundown property without elevators, we were on the 3rd floor. Staff did help a little to get to third floor

Nice location, not great if you have issues with s
The room was clean but very small and tight with the king bed. We were on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, not conducive to bad knees. It was close to the train station and many restaurants.
