Under Cobstruction‼️
Hotel was under construction and they had no rooms on bottom floor and no elevator‼️ Nothing was said about this online when booked‼️ I don’t necessarily want my money back, but I will be needing another room on Saturday night in Denver with shuttle to airport‼️ Plz contact me‼️

Cheap hotel in need of some updating
This hotel is really in need of an update. It’s barebones basic so if you’re just looking for a place to sleep then it’s ok. Leadville is a popular college town so you’d think accommodations would be better but there’s not much to choose from. Breakfast was also very basic. Staff was nice.

I was nervous about staying here given the reviews. Yes, the doors are not the best but I felt safe here. The staff were friendly. It’s super close to Mount Elbert & Mount Sherman. I’d stay here again. Ignore some of the reviews. It truly isn’t that bad.

We stayed in Leadville to go jeepin. This hotel has a huge parking lot. Plenty of room for trailers. The hotel is dated and needs some TLC, but unlike some other reviews, It didnt smell bad when we walked in. The rooms were very clean, passed the test (as I like to check all beds for cleanliness and bugs). Hot showers. Breakfast was the usual continental stuff. Small dining area but we just took stuff back up to our room. Staff were very nice. Not a bad place to stay.
