Beautiful Views
I rented the 3 bedroom 2 bath house to stay with my husband and 2 other couples. The views are amazing. It was so nice to wake up in the morning, have coffee and look out to see the marina. The owner was great. Her dog is adorable. The house is as described. It's simple, modern and open with lots of closet space. The house was equipped with everything you need. We never used the TV but the wifi worked fine with 6 phones and a tablet. There are a few cons. First con could be my fault because of the English/French translation. From the pictures, I didn't realize it was showing two houses so I was a bit disappointed the 3 bedroom house did not have an outside shower. Another con would be the beds are hard and flat. One bedroom has a bed that was unbalance, so if one person was on it, they'd roll to the middle. The outside kitchen was awesome but the fridge door would sometimes need something to keep it closed. Despite all that, we still had a great stay. The pool, hammock, and back yard garden was awesome!! Also, ample parking and the house is not hard to find.

Magnifique villa, superbe vue, dans un endroit hyper calme, très bien situer, prêt de tous. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, nous avons passer un magnifique séjour. Très envie d'y retourner. Je conseill vivement cette location.

Superbe maison bien aménagée et idéalement située.asins
La maison Ladilafé est idéale pour 6 personnes (3 chambres avec air co, 2 sdb, cuisine en plein air). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, il y a tout tout près : magasins, marina avec restos, .... Le point de vue sur la baie d’un côté, sur le beau jardin et l’arrière pays de l’autre côté donne une impression dominante et aérée. Équipement très complet (Manque un lèche-plat, une paire de ciseaux et un bon petit couteau😜). Grand merci à Laurence et Eric.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa du couple Clapier. L'endroit est juste magnifique, avec une vue époustouflante. Parfaitement équipée, la maison offre tout le confort souhaité. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. C'est Eric Clapier qui nous a accueillis en l'absence de son épouse. Toujours aux petits soins, passant régulièrement pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien. Une attention assez rare dans les locations saisonnières. Un endroit que nous recommandons vivement.

Paradisiaque !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Laurence, le lieu est paradisiaque, maison très sympathique et bien pensée, au calme et sur un jardin fruitier bien entretenu. L’accueil de Laurence est parfait, charmante et toujours prête à donner de bonnes adresses et de bon conseils... Idéalement placé pour se balader dans toute la Martinique. En bref, l’endroit idéal pour un séjour en Martinique !

Endroit paisible, relaxant et reposant, une vue magnifique sur la baie du marin, à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et toujours soucieux de votre bien être, petite attention de bienvenue de la part de Laurence et de son époux, une bouteille de rhum avec les citrons que vous pouvez si vous le désirez cueillir sur l'arbre du verger pour déguster un ti punch !!! Lieux à découvrir et très fortement conseillé !!!

Endroit magnifique,sejour exceptionnel!
Entre terre et mer, proche du centre ville du Marin et des plages du sud et pourtant loin de tout. Depaysement garanti au milieu d'un splendide jardin arboré. Le gite est fonctionnel, joliement decoré et permet de vivre dedans-dehors; la piscine: la cerise sur le gâteau! L accueil est à la hauteur du logement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison très bien située, tant sur la ville du marin ( commerces, marchés, médecins) et ville située cotée caraïbe que en elle même ( haut d'une colline à l'écart sans vis à vis avec une vue époustouflante) La maison est plus qu'agréable. C'est un bonheur d'y résider. La propriétaire, présente sur le site est discrète et gentille. Bref un gros gros coup de coeur
