Villa la cigale, la fossette, a stone's throw from Lavandou, villa classified 4 stars, beautiful, very pleasant sea view with its three terraces and its nicely decorated interior. Closed parking lot bordered by a hedge of flowers, very beautiful view of the sea and hills. Spacious and trendy interior with open kitchen, five-burner gas stove and American fridge. Three bedrooms including a sea view.
Ping Pong table, Bar, Plancha (not in service during the cold season). Deckchairs, Sun loungers.
Petanque field.

A stone's throw from the beach and the coastal path, no need for a car. A cycle path and its little train will drop you off along the route. Shops and restaurants nearby. Many activities are offered to you throughout the summer.

Great Holiday
The area is lovely. The local beach at La Fossette is a short walk and has a beach cafe, toilets and beach shower. The beach cafe is also a restaurant open til late in the evening with amazing food and a high price tag to match. Le Lavandou has lovely shops and supermarkets open til 8pm. St.Clair is a 20 minute walk to bars and restaurants in the evening (between La Fossette and Le lavandou) The property is lovely and has air conditioning in all rooms. Towels and bed linen are not included so remember to request them or take your own. The oven is tricky to use and there are no instructions so get a demonstration before the key holder leaves. Some of the cutlery wasn't very clean and there were no basics like salt and pepper. Lovely place to stay.

Alles prima, 7 Minuten bis zum Strand. Tolle Ort, tolle Küste, das Haus war ruhig und super ausgestattet. Alles gut. Nur die Mücken haben uns etwas gestört.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Es ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. In der Nähe sind viele schöne Strände, die entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist auch gut geeignet für Kinder, weil es geräumig ist und viele Spielmöglichkeiten bietet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem liebevoll gestalteten Haus. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist richtig klasse. Das Haus verfügt über noch zwei andere Terrassen die beide sehr gemütlich sind. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und auch Nadine die für die Hausverwaltung zuständig ist war total lieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Domizil
Wir haben eine Woche mit 5 Personen und Hund in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Die nächste ( ...für und schönste Bucht) ist wie beschrieben in 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille
Maison très bien située tout près (7 min à pied) d'une très jolie plage La fossette Terrasse à l'étage avec 2 transats et table très agréable. En bas deux autres terrasses mais nous en avons surtout utilisé une près de la plancha. Maison fonctionnelle, tout l'espace est optimisé Frigo américain très appréciable en famille

Maison soignée avec belle vue
Très jolie maison à la décoration soignée , très bien équipée , appareils récents et haut de gamme . Maison originale avec ses 3 terrasses et la belle vue sur la mer . Cependant les photos ne font pas état de la mitoyenneté avec 3 fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse du bas ! Pas de commerces à proximité accessibles à pied.

schöne sehr saubere Villa wo nichts fehlt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Betten sind gut. Die Dekoration mit Liebe gemacht. Die Dame bei der Anreise und Abreise sehr freundlich und die direkte Nachbarn sehr sympatisch und sehr diskret trotz Nähe. Das ist ein Objekt wo wann gerne wieder kommen würde.

Nous avons passé un si merveilleux séjour dans cette très charmante villa situé au calme.. Premièrement nous nous sommes tout de suite senti chez nous J La décoration de la maison nous a tout de suite séduite, beaucoup de charme et de chaleur qui marie le côté provençal et la Savoie ! on adore ! Nous avons apprécié la cuisine gigantesque avec ses 2 fours et assez de plaques pour préparer de "gueuletons dignes de grand chef 🤪 !, vraiment le top. Très bonne configuration de la maison où chacun a son petit coin à lui, 3 belles chambres à coucher, dont une avec terrasse et 2 salles de bain et un wc supplémentaire. Tout est parfaitement bien pensé avec beaucoup de goût. La maison dispose de 3 terrasses très agréables, la première au rez qui nous a permis de faire nos apéros de fin de journée tout en surveillant la cuisson du repas, la seconde au 1er étage pour les bains de soleil en journée et les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la mer en soirée. La 3ème quant à elle, c’est barbecue à la plancha comme on aime, en plus on peut profiter d’une petite partie de cochonnet ou de ping pong. Bref tout est parfait ici ! La situation est idéale pour vadrouiller soit à pied le long du littoral, soit en voiture pour aller un plus loin. Nous avons profité de la petite crique de la Fossette à 10 minutes à pied de la villa, vraiment appréciable, en plus la mer y est splendide et le restaurant un délice. Tout y était, la maison était parfaitement équipée, très propre. Aussi nous étions très bien accueilli par Nadine sur place, qui est aussi très disponible pour toutes renseignements. Notre séjour a vraiment été parfait et nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour la villa et sa situation. Un immense merci à Virginie et François de nous avoir permis ces vacances paradisiaque et également de prendre nos loulous qui se sont régalés des balade dans la colline juste derrière la maison et au littorale. De toute cœur nous espérons de pouvoir revenir au plus vite !

Traumhaus in Traumlage
Wir haben zu dritt mit Hund eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, und es war für uns genau passend. Das kleine Haus hat 3 große Terrassen, meine Lieblingsterrasse war die, die vom großen Schlafzimmer aus begehbar mit direktem Meerblick lag. Morgens haben wir auf dieser Terrasse gefrühstückt und mittags auf der unteren Terrasse den Schatten genossen,. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, ohne den Trubel der großen Ferienorte, genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Den Weg zum Strand haben wir in weniger als 10 min bewältigt. Uns war die ruhige Lage wichtiger, als der direkte Strandzugang. Die Nachbarn, die 2 Fenster direkt zur unteren Terrasse haben, sind sehr freundlich und haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent Séjour au Lavandou
Au calme, mais aussi à quelques minutes de la tranquille plage de la Fossette, cette villa décorée avec goût permet pleinement de plonger dans la douceur estivale grâce à ses 3 terrasses, à son équipement complet et à son emplacement. La proximité d'une piste cyclable est un plus pour les sportifs ou pour se déplacer à pied. À proximité, bon restaurant, villa Theo, plage de Saint Clair proposent des activités pour tous. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour.
