Clean, modern and comfortable
Very clean and modern building. Room had excellent facilities including fridge, microwave, hob, sink and kettle. Spacious and comfortable room. Opposite a small shopping area with a few restaurants which were family-friendly. Bit noisy at night with cars and people coming home from nights out (we stayed on a Saturday night).

Easy to find and a very modern and well maintained aparthotel. Staff helpful & friendly. Small car park which needs booking as the property is close to the main train station. All amenities walkable inc the shopping mall opposite. It's on a main road so traffic noise is unavoidable. Would definitely stay again if travelling through Le Havre.

Check-in was excellent and the staff was supportive. The building is brand new. However, I was disappointed with the floor cleaning; I found crumbs and no cleaning service was offered when I reported it. Instead, I was asked to clean it myself with the hotel's vacuum, which is unacceptable.

Very happy couple
Very warm welcome and extra bedding was sent to our room. Bed very comfortable and a nice warm room as it was 9c and raining outside. Shower was amazing! Morning breakfast was fantastic!!!

We are a family of 4 and had a really nice stay. Our apartment was big for a hotel and the kitchenette was very handy. Generally this is a very nice 3 star hotel, well managed and clean. It is on a busy road so can get quite noisy, but everything else was perfect.

Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay.

À fuir, vol dans l’hôtel. Très bel accueil pour cet appart’ Hotel. Les chambres semblent propre mais à y regarder plus en détail, beaucoup de poussière, de moisissures dans les douches, les placards des cuisines mal nettoyés… l’hôtel est placé sur un axe routier très fréquenté la nuit et donc très bruyant. Mais le pire fut, qu’au moment de notre départ, nous avons oublié une paire d’écouteur. Nous avons mis quelques jours à nous en rendre compte. Mais nous avons pu les suivre grâce à la géolocalisation. ils étaient toujours présents dans l’hôtel. Après avoir contacté plusieurs fois l’établissement, ils me confirment que ce n’est pas un membre du personnel, qui aurait les écouteurs. En même temps, qui va se dénoncer? Merci Apple et la géolocalisation (nous avons une adresse), une plainte pour vol a été déposé. Et merci au personnel de l’hôtel pour son manque d’honnête et de professionnalisme.
