##The apartment

The “Le Phare” apartment is located on the Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, an emblematic landmark marking the entrance to the fishing port. Opposite the old lighthouse, facing the sea, there's no better place to experience local life, watch the trawlers go out to sea and come back from fishing, watch the small trades sort the fish and set up their stalls. A wonderful place to live, just a two-minute walk from all amenities and the beach.
This is a luxury apartment, the only one of its kind in Le Grau du Roi.
Elevator, reversible air-conditioning, parking, garage, wifi, sea-view terraces ....en make this a totally exceptional place, on the 3rd and top floor of the Résidence.
This apartment is a duplex.
Le Phare is a comfortable apartment with three bedrooms - one with a 160cm bed, one with a 140cm bed and one with two 80cm single beds - and a living room with a breathtaking view of the Vieux Phare, the Canal and the sea, plus a fully-equipped kitchenette. All very spacious, very modern, very airy, contemporary. Each room has its own bathroom with either shower or bath.
TV, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the comfort package.
And above all, a rooftop terrace of over 100m2 with a breathtaking view over the bay.
The whole property is unoverlooked and close to all shops and the beach. You'll find all the equipment you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The pleasant, light-filled living room features a sofa and several armchairs, TV and air conditioning.
Enjoy the peace and quiet in one of the three warmly decorated bedrooms.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi, an emblematic site that marks the entrance to the fishing port. A great place to live, close to all amenities and the beach.

Wonderful Beach Stay
Rental is in a great location right in the center of town. There are tons of restaurants nearby, including many shops and ice cream shops. The views from the rental are amazing, you have the light house / canal right in front and the beach is right outside as well. The unit itself is modern and spacious. Highly recommend.

The title says rooftop jacuzzi but it doesn’t work
We checked in and toured the property but the are was hard to access with a car and there was barely enough space in the elevator for one-two people. The mail level was nice but the bedrooms were tiny and no room for a suitcase. You go upstairs to the rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi but some of the steps were broken off/chipped. The roof top looks nothing like the pictures. It seemed dirty and not inviting like what was shown. The jacuzzi had a top that was strapped down and when we asked if we can use it the property manager said it doesn’t work and they closed it off because it gets dirty especially from passing birds. The listing clearly says terrace and jacuzzi and this is the only reason we booked it. After a few minutes of being there we knew we wouldn’t be happy with the property and left to get a hotel room nearby. The property manager was not helpful at all and thought we were wrong for wanting to get what we paid for. I don’t recommend this property at all!
