The flat (n°27) Classified 1* by France: This very comfortable, small sea-view Studio Cabin flat sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers) and has been completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen, shower room).
Located on the 1st floor of two, without lift, in a secure residence, it sleeps 3, so you can spend a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in front of the residence for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request (€30 supplement).

Main room :
The living room opens onto a balcony where you can share good meals with family or friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...
Kitchen: opening onto the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine with dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a square table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 convertible sofa with 140 cm mattress cover, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on request at a cost of 20 euros for 2 people*.

In the living room, flat-screen TV, DVD player.
Cabin side: 2 bunk beds (90cm), square pillows (65x65cm), duvet for children and teenagers.

Shower room, large washbasin with drawer units and toilet.

Location : Ideally located on the north beach, close to the shops of the Camargue 2000 shopping centre, at the foot of the residence, the restaurants, the riding school and the lively north beach district, facing the bay of Grande Motte. This flat is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: mending and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up the sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue is located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the promenade of the Plage Nord and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
A real favourite with lovers of peace and quiet on the green spaces side and right in the town centre on the entrance side of the Residence.

##Access: At your convenience, you can be welcomed on site, by appointment, when you arrive and when you leave! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the flat door. You can use the whole flat to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
##Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 5 km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
