In the commune of Le Barcarès, we offer this charming 33 m² flat with uninterrupted sea views, less than 50 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Day area:
- A 15 m² living room with extra bed and dining area.
With an open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge...

Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- A lounge area with a sofa, TV and double wall bed (140x190) separated by curtains.

The flat is ideally located in Le Barcarès, in a very pleasant setting facing the beach. There is a pedestrian walkway between the flat and the beach, known as l'allée des arts. Artists have created works all along this alleyway, like an open-air museum. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities
- Sights: Perpignan (the capital of Roussillon), Canet-en-Roussillon (seaside resort), Port-Barcarès,(seaside resort), Argelès-sur-mer, Collioure (pearl of the Vermeille coast)...
- Sporting activities: various water sports, pétanque, tennis, hiking, boat trips...
- Cultural visits: the fortress of Salses (a jewel of Spanish military architecture)
- Gastronomic heritage: wine discoveries and tastings, Collioure anchovies, Roussillon apricots, etc.
- Events: firemen's ball, fireworks, various events during the summer season, open-air market twice a week...
