Was in Lawton to see my daughter graduate Army basic training. The hotel was very close to the base as well as any store I needed. The property was clean, housekeeping was great and everything worked in the room. I enjoyed staying there and will again should I return there.

The sheets were not changed black spots, in the sheets, pillow cases look like people ate on top of them. When i told the night person about the sheets he said ok and gave them to me. Then i went back down to tell them the pillowcases wasn't clean too he said he was coming to see the room. He seen the items i was talking about was dirty he looked and agree. The next morning we was coming back in from visiting son at Fort Sill they were cleaning other rooms so the guy that was cleaning rooms asked did we need anything we said some fresh towels. But he said changes sheets and covers. Manager comes down and starts yelling at us saying he's not changing sheets everyday. When nobody asked for sheets that morning i just looked at the manager but he got in to a yelling match about sheets we didn't ask for. So after he left my wife thought about it and went back down there and talked to him he was still yelling after guy said we said only towels the manager wife had to calm manager down he still yelling

Bedding is stained should be white but has the sweat yellow with some blood stains. Carpet is nasty my feet turned black with dirt walking in it. Owners live on property and very noisy. Musty smell. Bed hard as a rock. Pillows are small like a couch cushion. Stains on the chairs.

I like that the tv had cable. I did not like that the room door did not have a door latch plate, the floor moved and sounded very unsafe, there was almost no hot water at any time we went to shower, my wife slipped on the slick tiles on the bathroom floor, the bed was stiff and the pillows were extremely small. The top of the dresser that the tv sat on was not connected anymore and looked like it could be pushed off.

Amazing experience at this hotel! Great staff and service, especially loved Miss Betty! She is so sweet and kind. She kept the breakfast area very clean and safe for all the guests. Thank you to all the staff! Definitely recommend staying there!

I checked in at 930pm after a lot of driving. When i arrived, the room was not cleaned after the previous visitor. There was still trash, things in the shower and the bed was still messed up. I was too tired to care but wont stay again.

I walked in on this property and I felt disgusted. It looked nothing like the pictures online. The smell was horrible. It seems more like a motel than hotel. My family and I will never stay anywhere like that. I stood there and looked around and told my family let’s go. Didn’t sit down at all. We left. BUT was still charged for 3 nights. I booked online and it stated No charge until you stay. And we definitely didn’t stay. Never book through Expedia. Customer Service was nasty.

The first thing I noticed was all of the mirrors needed cleaned. I went to the desk and asked for glass cleaner and a rag and I cleaned them. I then checked the bed and the staining on the ends of the sheets had me sketched out so I checked the chair and noticed the cushion was flipped because this thick white substanced on the corner matched up that way. Under the cushion was a wet, black and brown spot. I went to the desk again to let them know but he just stared at me so I asked for mold killing cleaner and confirmed it was OKAY for me to clean it because I have never had to clean something like that and he said yeah, he was going to let his manager know. I brought back a completely brown and black rag. Two days later I still never heard anything so I figured they were waiting for me to leave to take action on the mold...? But my do not disturb sign was missing so I went to the desk and asked if anyone was in my room. They said no, the sign was still there when housekeeping went through so I asked for a new one and explained to that man that I had moldy furniture in my room, he offered me a towel and I had to ask multiple times for another sign. I don't recommend a late check in because you will have to clean your room yourself

There were literally dead large roaches in the dressers and on the floor. The knob of the shower was broken and someone had just sat it back on there so when you touched the knob it just fell into the tub. The toilet had not been cleaned at all, it still had feces on it, hair, and toilet paper that was used. There was some blood on our bedding from whoever had previously used it. Was just over all not cleaned at all. Very disappointed.

The outside area is rundown, benches are rickety and dirty. No landscaping to speak of. A lot of big spiders and cockroaches. The rooms are clean but worn. The staff doesn’t greet you as you walk past the desk area. Not very welcoming. The vending machines don’t work or are mostly empty.
