Tolle Lage und sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt am See und ist vor allem für Familien geeignet. Zur Versorgung ist alles vorhanden. Küche umfangreich ausgestattet, Bäcker um die Ecke und Ponte Tresa über die Seepromenade zu Fuß son 15 min zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen im Tessin. Lediglich den Parkplatz muss man sich in kleiner Entfernung zum Apartment suchen. Direkt am Haus gibt es keine.

très bel emplacement
Appartement très bien situé sur le lac de Lugano , magnifique vue. Accès au jardin appréciable. Accueil par une personne certes agréable mais qui ne parle que Italien , impossible de communiquer avec elle , n'avait aucune explications à nous fournir ni sur l'appartement ( exemple : que faire des poubelles ... ) , ni sur les environs. La seule chose que nous a demandé cette personne était la caution et de fournir la preuve que le linge était compris dans la location. Aucune information non plus dans l'appartement. Lits non fait ( il est noté dans l'annonce que les draps sont inclus ) alèses de lit et duvets poussiéreux , et tachés. Cuisine peu équipée et avec du matériel globalement en état médiocre. Appartement non fumeur mais immeuble envahit par l'odeur de cigarette dès le petit matin Au total , appartement très bien situé mais beaucoup de choses à revoir pour améliorer cette location. A noter deux restaurants très agréables a proximité , à recommander

Schöne Wohnung, perfekter Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (1 Jahr) optimal. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft und die Lage direkt am See einfach ideal. Lediglich die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin/Verwaltung war nicht gut. Aber ich würde trotzdem keinen Stern Abzug geben da alles in allem unproblematisch war bzw. Am Ende irgendwie geklappt hat. Klare Empfehlung.

Tolle Aussicht von der großen Terrasse
Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse fehlen bequeme Liegen oder Liegestühle.
