Located in a beautiful community in Ocean Beach III, 3 bedrooms/1.5 bath and parking for 4 cars (rare in area). This oasis is located only 1.5 blocks from the ocean and just 2 blocks from bay beach. Sleeps 8-10 with the option of the pull out couch. Outside: Enjoy hot/cold outdoor shower, BBQ, patio area with a table for 6 and lounge chairs. Fenced in yard perimeter. Fenced in yard perimeter. Includes umbrellas, and beach chairs. Just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, parks and more.
Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-No prom stays or parties allowed
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21
-Beach badges are not provided, but up to 8 can be available for an additional charge of $175 after booking.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Ortley Beach. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms in the vacation home.

Perfect family getaway
Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Owner was great communicating with me. Home was cozy. Equipped well. Walking distance to beach. Our family had a great time!

Great weekend spot
There was a large music competition in Toms River and a group I am affiliated with was competing in it the weekend we stayed. This house was perfect for our needs; plenty of room for 4 adults and a 50lb. dog, clean, easy access, and well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The villa has plenty of room for our family (2 parents + 2 adult kids). The home is unassuming from the outside, but plenty spacious inside. The villa is sparkling clean and had everything we needed (well equipped kitchen - including an awesome coffee maker, quality towels, comfy bedding). ALL this, just a short block to the beach. :) We would highly recommend this villa! Great communication. We had a few questions when we arrived and they were answered quickly. Thanks to the owners for a great stay. We’ll be back!
