Quietly located in the back of a busy street in the heart of Laval, the apartment has been renovated from floor to ceiling and tastefully done.
You will spend a pleasant stay in my independent apartment of 45m ² with all the comforts of modern: WIFI, internet, Orange TV ... It consists of a large living room, with sofa in the living room, a bed 2 people 140x190 cm, a fitted kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee pod, kettle, grill bread, microwave, oven ...) a bathroom, toilet and separate bedroom and a terrace to enjoy the Mayennais sun.

The apartment is located close to the city center in the historic quarter tanneries in the 19th century where its quiet location in the backyard or was once located workshops.

The apartment has a quiet terrace to sip a coffee or tea at the time of tasting.
You can freely access the apartment with its independent entrance by dialing the code that will be provided to you to have the keys

An access code will be provided to access the key box of the apartment.
It is located on the top of the terrace crossing the ground floor apartment downstairs.
