This hotel is very dirty. When we checked in, we found out that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There are white spots on one of the chairs. The tea spoons seemed to have been used without cleaning. Part of the bathroom is rusty. We left very expensive belonging in the room, and specifically asked for no room service. The receptionist said ok and made a call to record our request. Guess what? They still had our room cleaned. They moved our things around and didn't even change the bed. Avoid like a plague. This hotel is garbage.

Great place to stay, good location, great staff. The staff asked for my preference for housekeeping when I checked in and it was supposed to be every second day but that didn't happen at all. Also slow internet didnt allow casting etc on TV. Overall great, but not excellent.

Last day in Tassy spent in Launceston city.
Fine for city visit 1 day before flying out of airport. Centre of town easy access and parking available. Staff very friendly and helpful which was all our family trip required.
