Had no hot water for 2 days Beds are really uncomfortable The pillow. S are like a giant ball of cotton very uncomfortable room was a little dirty They did not tell me when I checked in.I had no hot water in the whole hotel for 2 days pool was closed and Jacuzzi and the heater did not work the room was freezing the whole time

Needs some serious updating.
The room portion of the Tropicana I stayed in is VERY dated. While the room appeared fairly clean, the carpet seemed grungy and the carpets were frayed. The doors needed painting and the desk chair was in really rough shape. The vinyl was shredded. I didn’t receive any soap in my bathroom so I had to wash my hands with shampoo and also shower with the shampoo.
