Excellent place for the family. A very cool leisure area. It seems isolated but across the river there is an excellent Mexican restaurant. My wife and I were delighted and want to come back again.

Everything about my stay here at the Avi Resort from the time I stepped foot here was amazing staff and all amazing. Rooms were perfect beautiful. Enjoyed our time here and will most definitely come back and stay again.

I like the pool for the kids it was an inconvenience that you can’t take no snacks or drinks inside the pool and no jet sky’s close to rent. The casino need new slots. The kids liked the movie theater and the game room

Absolutely horrible experience. On arrival I had booked and paid for two rooms. They wouldn’t let me check in, they said someone in the other room had to check in and that I didn’t even have access to that room. My son in law checked in with me and we asked to be next to each other. Reservation said we were. We were 5 doors down from each other. One of our sinks was clogged and didn’t drain. One of our beds had yellow stains on the sheets. At 2 am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building . Zero communication for 30 minutes. Finally someone came to the parking lot and said the alarm was accidentally pulled. They had NO fire preparedness .not a single security guard or employee was in sight. Was such a scary situation. With no compassion for our experience. The next morning at 9am the elevators still were not functional. We had to walk up and down 3 floors to check out all of our belongings. Will never return!!
