You'll have a great time at this luxurious pool estate.
It sits on a 3/4 of an acre. It has plenty of parking for cars, RVs or a boat. The front door leads to the pool room and living room. The family room and a 12 person dining area follows. The kitchen is large w new appliances. 5 themed bedrooms and most lead to the pool in the backyard. The themes are Vintage French, Library, The Wild West, The Angelic and the Slumber Room. The backyard is adjacent to a large covered patio and it has the most gorgeous landscaped pool, spa, firepit and fish pond.

Located 25 min from the Las Vegas Strip whose lights are visible from the front yard and living room. The drive to and from Villa Del Sol is very scenic and most of the homes sit on large lots. It is also close to Lake Las Vegas, Boulder city and Lake Mead. The neighborhood is the perfect spot for your family and friends. The majestic backyard is the perfect place to relax around the pool or the spa (can be heated for an extra charge). It is easy to get lost gazing at the stars or staring at the moon from the Adirondack glider.

The game room has a pool table and a reminiscent arcade games.
Each bedroom offers a unique experience, the master has a vintage French theme, and let's not forget the librarian's quarters. A bedroom filled with eclectic books, top of the line office and walls lined with a wallpaper library theme. How about the Wild West! The 3rd bedroom takes you back to the 1800's, transport yourself on an old carriage and you may see some of our ancestors take a ride with you. You may also want to experience bedroom number 4 if you want to be visited by angels! It is the Angelic room. It has a calming beautiful night sky wall. Bedroom 5 is the slumber room where fairy tales begin. It has a full bunk bed and a queen bed. Fairies, butterflies and unicorns may pay you a visit.
Imagine dining near Venice, Italy or just stare at the Venice canal in the living room and dining area. The kitchen is large with new appliances from the built in microwave to the oven, stove and refrigerator. The kitchen drinking water is light and tasty coming from the reverse osmosis connected faucet.

The entire home is accessible to our guests with a personalized door code shared with you before your check-in (minus 3 owner's closets).
Other things to note
PRIVATE PARKING:
3 Car garage parking, plus, 7 car capacity driveway parking. Plus gated RV and boat sized parking! Our driveway is relatively flat. Do not leave our garage door open for an extended period of time.

OCCUPANCY:
Per city rules, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF THE PROPERTY IS 12 persons of any age at any given time. Only the number of guests listed in your reservation (up to 12 persons) are permitted on the property at any given time. If you plan to have daytime visitors, please include them in your guest count. There is a $500 fine and your reservation will be cancelled without a refund for violating this maximum occupancy rule.

ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code before check-in. Check-in any time after 4pm Pacific Time Zone. Check out is at 10am Pacific Time Zone.
No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, additional fees will incur.

INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the home.
Do not modify or turn off the internet system of the home.

AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides initial supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen/bathroom trash can liners, toilet paper, clothes washing detergent, hand soap, shampoo and conditioners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

SECURITY/HEALTH AND SAFETY/LAWS:
Exterior Ring floodlight camera located above the front door and on the north side of the garage door.
There are NO indoor cameras in living spaces.
There are city required noise monitoring devices in the common areas of the home. The devices record average decibel levels over time only and do NOT record any conversations. They are used to monitor noise levels as well as defend us against unfounded noise complaints. Do NOT turn off, remove, or tamper with this equipment.
Guests must follow all city, county, and state laws.
No Smoking indoors (including the garage) or allowing outside smoke to enter the home
Pool is 10’ deep at the deep end, absolutely NO DIVING
No fireworks allowed on the property.


POOL:
There is an option to either heat the jacuzzi only or the pool and jacuzzi together. Heating is controlled remotely by the host. There is an extra charge of $75/day for every day of your stay to heat the jacuzzi only. Jacuzzi heating is turned on and off at your request.
There is a fee of $150/day for every day of your stay to heat both the pool and jacuzzi. This heating of the entire system (pool+jacuzzi together) is continuous for your stay. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance before your arrival if you wish to take advantage of this.
Spa jets and pool lights are available with heating packages only.
Our pool is cleaned twice a week, always on the same days. Being that this is an outdoor pool, and depending on your day of arrival, you may encounter some debris in the pool, particularly if it has been windy. We provide a pole mounted net for your use.

MAIL:
You are not allowed to receive mail at our property unless you have requested and have received written permission to do so from us. The purpose of this rule is to prevent fraud.

REFUNDS:
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please consider purchasing travel insurance that may cover some of these losses.

**REQUIREMENT TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Our home is an APPROVED City of Henderson short-term rental in a quiet residential neighborhood. A lot of work has gone into becoming certified and we are grateful for the opportunity. We require that our guests respect our neighborhood during their stay. This means complying with city established rules for short-term rentals, including but not limited to: Maximum occupancy, pool use hours, quiet hours, having fun but controlling noise-levels, no-events and no-parties, and a few other rules which will be shared with you after booking. Thank you for helping us stay compliant. Your help allows future guests to enjoy our home as well.
Please note that if any of the Good Neighbor rules are violated, ALL and ANY costs associated with the complaints will be passed onto the guest. This includes, but is not limited to municipal fines and cost of additional staff/authorities.**

**Our pool cleaning and gardening service always occurs on a predetermined weekday and in the middle of the day and may occur during your stay. Details will be shared after booking.**

Guests can use the front and back yard, the garage and the whole house, except for the owner closet in the hallway.
