We stayed at the Trump International in Las Vegas from Dec 28/24 thru Jan 04/25. We had a premium room with two queen size beds. The hotel is elegant and very well kept and since it does not have a casino, it's a straight and easy access into the hotel lobby and to the elevators that will take you to your room. Perfect for those of us who do not wish to navigate through a maze of casino machines and tables to get anywhere. Customer service was great. We called about a lamp bulb that was not working properly and within two minutes had someone at the room fixing it. Same thing when we requested extra coffee or pillows. They came up immediately. The elevators were fast, efficient and quiet. A ride from the 1st floor to our 33rd floor took seconds. The rooms are huge and so is the bathroom. Two sinks with drawers and cabinets on each side, a big shower stall, a big bathtub and a private toilet area. There is an enormous built in wall unit in the room that holds lots of storage space and a kitchenette that includes a small hotel size refrigerator, a 2 range stovetop, a full size microwave and a sink. With plenty of storage for food items. Cooking supplies and utensils are provided upon request and brought up immediately. Carpets look new and feel plush and are kept very clean. Now for the things that could be improved: The mattresses are somewhat old and feel worn out and the pillows have to be replaced by new ones. They are much too soft and provide no support.

Our stay at the hotel this past Sunday was subpar at best. We stayed before in a suite with our children for the summer and had immaculate service which made us book again. The staff member that checked us in was very rude in tone, the bellhop was non existent the morning of checkout and the staff member we spoke to asking for a bathroom refresh did not make sure we were taken care of before we left. I am utterly disappointed since we had such an awesome experience the first time. We will not be booking here again until staff has some common courtesy and fix their mannerism.

I stayed during CES and the property is a traditional hotel without a casino and no smoking which was nice. It was quiet and not too crowded and the rooms were immaculate. I had one of the suites and I feel every room has a fantastic view. Service was great, I even called their main number to see why my folio had not been emailed and they picked up right away without having to click through a menu of options. Great hotel with a lot of nice amenities and great service

Me hospedé el 4 de enero 2025 muy limpio en general, excepto por la cafetera, y que en realidad el hotel necesita mantenimiento, el espejo está despintado el bote de basura viejo y chueco, pequeños detalles que podrían cuidar y mejorar, la ventaja del hotel es que tiene una pequeña cocina para quienes se hospedan varios días está más que bien, solo que por el precio podrían ofrecer algo mejor, no se diga por el restaurante que es caro, el desayuno vale la pena pero los tragos muy caros, un whisky old fashioned $40 el más barato y de ahí $70 $80 y mucho más y la verdad muy mal hechos, la mujer de la entrada al elevador muy ruda, es el único hotel que conozco que te hace pasar la tarjeta antes del pasillo del elevador, la única ventaja es que no hay casinos casi nadie fuma y es muy familiar, viaje con mi esposo y mi hija de 18 años
