The room was huge. My room was at 12th floor with Mountain View 😀. Checked in on Thursday with a good price and they provided 2 small water bottles at front desk. The DOWNSIDE was no free internet in room. We will not coming back.

I got there very late at night and had a bit of a wait at the desk. Manager was dealing with a grouchy guest, and the person helping me was training someone. They ended upgrading my room to a very nice suite in the next tower. I ended up getting really sick and found out it was covid. So I didn't get to do much other than sit/sleep on my room. I had talked to the management about leaving some things for the room, getting room service etc, so I wouldnt get anyone else ill, and they were very accommodating with everything. Pretty bummed I couldnt enjoy Vegas, but if I had to be sick, having a very nice room with a comfy bed was very nice.

We liked everything except couldn’t use the refrigerator it was stocked with Palmas products. Room needed more overhead lighting . Otherwise room and bathroom was big, clean and quiet
