I liked the walk-in shower. We arrived at Palms Casino Resort to check in. Our room was not ready. Not only that. They transferred us to Palms Place. We asked for a room with 2 Queen Beds. We round up in a room with one queen bed and one pull out couch. I gave a very bad back. That pull out couch was terrible for my back. I want to be compensated for my back and not having a queen bed for myself

The hotel was very nice, clean the people was very professional and friendly. They treated my husband and I like royalty they always addressed us by our name. The hotel have good restaurants to eat at, I will visit the hotel again.

The main pictures that they show you for this property are not realistic. The entire outdoor pool area was closed. The rooftop lounge is closed half of the week It's only open at night you need reservations to get in and they have a dress code, so it's basically impossible to go I don't know why they use that as the main photo for the property. My thing is if I paid to stay at the hotel I should be able to go there anytime I want, otherwise don't use those as pictures for the property.

Great location off the strip. Parking is free and very close to casino which is an added bonus. Hotel has done a great job at keeping up to date as it was built back in the early 2000’s.

I was not impressed with your spa and weight room. Limited access to the Jacuzzi and other areas were closed to include the swimming pool. I was paying for a fee I believe I did not receive and would not use your facilities if this is not.cange. The room was nice. The security was well done and appreciate other aspects though. I did enjoy eating at your restaurants. They seemed pricey, was affordable and justifiable.

Very clean, staff very polite. The cost of dining was to expensive even with our poor exchange rate. People were smoking and smoking marijuana the room next to use for four days. Staff said they can no prove it was them. But, i could smell it in our room.

Overall is very good. Wish the shower water is warmer. The prices of bar snacks are discouragingly high. Even though i wanted to buy, their freshness was doubtful as they could be there for months. Make the price more reasonable to encourage flow.

I was highly disappointed with my stay, considering i couldn’t check into my room day of without upgrading my room to a salon suite, then after paying substantially more we weren’t able to use the refrigerator that was already in our room to begin with, unless we wanted to pay yet again another additional fee. This place is highly disappointing
