I liked the property but one thing I didn’t like and I think was absurdly wrong is the deposit we have to have when the hotel was paid for. I stayed for 5 nights had to pay $100 per night as for deposit which made it $500 deposit. That’s really crazy

The Ahern was just off the strip and a 5 minute walk to the Sahara casino and hotel. It’s a nice clean, non smoking, non casino hotel that we would stay at again. The staff were friendly and the meals at the on-site restaurant were delicious.

This hotel was really the best of Vegas without having to stay immediately on the Strip and pay all the resort fees. The property was comfortable and clean, and it was in proximity to the Strip. Every staff member was extremely friendly, and the property was clean. The bed was really comfy too. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stay multiple times. My wife and I like the convenience of the parking access. Also, the staff is very nice and friendly. The coffee shop is very good. They make good drinks here. I came on Thanksgiving weekend and the Christmas decorations are very nice and pretty. I wish that they could comp me with rooms facing the strip with my "VIP" access.

Very nice hotel. Way better than others in the area for the price. Staff nice. Rooms pretty clean and updated. Sheets/pillows not the most comfortable for me but fine for a night. Free silver member breakfast had 3 options you could choose from that are cooked to order: waffle with berries or eggs/ sausage or avocado toast. All great. Kids ordered pancakes off regular menu and loved them

Property was nice and well appointed. The area around the hotel is economically depressed so there is some homelessness and mental health issues. Otherwise a great place to stay minutes to the strip.

First timers to Ahern Boutique Hotel
It was a little confusing getting to the hotel front desk as there were two buildings next to each other which both belong to Ahern. Perhaps signage to the hotel lobby place at the entrance of both doors directing to the correct building… That said, the security guard was most pleasant and helpful and even walked me to the correct building and directed my husband where the free parking was. Free breakfast was a plus too with three different choices to choose from. Room was spacious and bathroom and shower stalls were clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Not what it used to be. Staff with attitude. (used to be super friendly and nice, just the greatest people when they opened). Waitress lecturing you at pizza place when I was ready to leave her a fat tip, well did not happen. Room is dirty, let alone the outrageous security deposit they hit you with right at check in. I have been here at least 5-7 times, referred friends to this place, well not anymore...

We loved this hotel. They gave us a free upgrade when checking in. The suite was beautiful, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was free which is unusual in Vegas.
