You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The main house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (2 rooms en-suite). The back house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one room en-suite). There are 20+ twin blow up mattresses + 8 king beds + one pull out sofa bed (full size).

There is a 5th wheel RV on property. The RV has a king bed and pull out sofa. The RV can be rented for an additional charge- for extra space!

The pool is 8 foot deep in the deepest part. It was designed to hold up to 100 people at a time. It is a 2200 square foot pool. It can be heated but there is a cost…inquire for details.

The property is right off Las Vegas Blvd and less than 10 mins to the Mandalay Bay Casino!

You can park up to 20+ cars easily on the property + 8 RVs with full hook ups!

This house was designed for large groups and events! All events are charged separately. You must reach out to the host for any events you plan to host at the property.

The pool can be heated at a cost of an additional $300 per day. The pool must be heated the entire length of your stay.
