The place was amazing I felt like a celebrity however the hot tub didn’t get hot or the jets wasn’t coming on the washing machine was locked & the fridge was real loud other then that I will be back next time I visit vegas

Awful awful.
I usually book our stay through hotels.com. we stayed at palms place many times before. Shame on me for not looking into strip view suites before booking. Strip view suites is a shoddy management company that does not care of its property . We paid no" resort fee "but then we paid a ridiculous "property fee" of $130 for a horribly managed property. The dishwasher was flooded. The floor was scratched up. The linens, pillows and cushions were torn. The latches won't lock. The shower head won't stay in place. If i continue to list everything wrong with the place, i will run out of space. Strip view suites don't provide housekeeping but they should at least Clean prior to so i don't have to dust and wash the dishes and silverware myself. Never ever use Strip View Suites. I can't believe hotels.com would agree to let that company soil their name.

First these are CONDOS people own. First room checked in was somebody’s else’s belongings around the entire place no handles to operate the sink food all over the floor. Second room bed was gross Amazon packages everywhere. Said there were no other rooms had to wait an hour and a half for the housekeeping manager to come clean the entire room. Got a food credit from a “manager” which definitely wasn’t the manager so that was also pointless. From working @ Yaamava in hotels very disappointing stay probably won’t be back.

Have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue. Clean rooms, cooking utensils available, easy access to restaurants and not too far from the strip makes this location perfect for visitors going to Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

The view is great. The hotel is not well managed. There were two TVs, but did not work. The refrigerator was broken and left open and towel on the floor. There was no shower handle. Communication was good, so the shower handle was fixed the next day. I could not shower the first day.

Our suite nice and clean, it’s big enough for 6 people. Love love the views. The only thing I can complain don't have anyone to clean the suite and give us toiletries. You have to pay extra. We would stay here again.

When I first saw the bathroom sink and shower I only saw one towel so it looked like there were no towels but they were kind of hiding in the bathroom. The freezer was not making ice so I asked the cleaning people and they said that this owner decided to put his own kind of freezer and they seemed kind of annoyed with him. It made noise all night so I had to move it and unplug it. I asked the cleaning ladies where I could get ice because I needed it for my protein drink in the morning and they told me that there were no there was no ice in the hallways and I had to walk across the street to the gas station to get ice. Later I found out I could just go to the bar downstairs and ask for ice. There were plenty of lights in the room but none of them got bright enough to really see when I needed to. A few light bulbs didn't work and they were noises in the walls that didn't let me sleep. The place itself was a bit noisy from the streets. The plus was that it was a nice room but I actually had no idea that I was going to be at a hotel but really not a hotel

We were excited about this property as the listing boasted two king beds in separate areas. This was the key reason why we booked this property. When we arrived, the room only had one king bed. When I called the front desk, I was told it was a private unit and they could not do anything about it. There were several maintenance issues in the room: the shower handle fell off the first time we tried to use it, multiple light bulbs were out and none of the TV remotes worked. We put in a maintenance request, which was promptly resolved. The room was not very clean. There were visible stains/crusty residue on the comforter, accumulated dirt/trash in the hallways, and visibly dirty floors. We checked out well in advance of the required time, and were alerted later that day that the hotel detected we were still in the room, despite having already landed at home. I had to call the front desk to let them know we had left at 5:50 that morning, as they indicated we might be charged late check-out fees. Overall, I was not terribly impressed. We paid more for the convenience of having two king beds and did not get that, and the property doesn't seem to have good management.

There was no water in main bathroom sink as one was broke, the jacuzzi tub never got hot water so was not able to enjoy. Limited t.v. Channels, no control on airflow, was either extremely cold or you shut it off. Was very disappointed and we usually enjoy are time at the Palms.

Me and my wife loved it especially the jacuzzi. The room was awesome and updated. You feel rich just walking in there because there’s Bentleys and rolls roys in the front with the valet parking. The communication was ok we had to go to front desk because phone was broken but it’s quiet and close to the strip and the casino is awesome even tho I lost a crap load of money lol. We loved it and will be staying there again.
