Nice hotel.

The carpet and bed linen was stained. Was given a handicap room where the bathroom floods each time you take a shower. Asked for someone to come clean it and none showed up.

It smelled of mildew and the phone wasnt connected to the system. There were stains and the patio was a sliding door leading to the cpurt yard. The a/c didnt work in the room but worked in the common space. I came for a staycation and i would have been better in the office

Fue mala mi estancia en este lugar , no hay cordinacion , me asignaron una habitacion que estaba ocupada la # 215 y todavia habia personas en esa habitacion y pase un momento desagradable y mas con mi familia y cargando las maletas , el pasillo olia mucho a cigarro y mi esposa tiene asma y fue muy malo este hotel y en limpieza los 3 dias que estube nunca fueron a limpiar , asi que me me fue muy mal mi estancia en este lugar

All around the stay was average. No warning on website before booking that breakfast would not be available, found out when checked in but got better insight from reading the reviews.. and learned it's been over a year since kitchen has been closed. And on website its not listed under amenities that there's a $5.00 parking fee for a "self parking lot." You've to dig a bit on the website to find that. But prior to not knowing I called up the 800# & got a sarcastic rep that really couldn't believe why I'm inquiring.. I wasn't complaining I wanted to know what the charge was for. These days everything is a charge.

Disgusting...
The initial room was untidy without towels, and the shower was a handicap, which we did not booked/request. The front desk provided us with another room, and it was worst. The pillow and look like they were not washed. Pet hairs every where. I did not unpacked, immediately went to the front desk. Request a full refund, and left. This hotel, was by far the worst I visited. At $120+ per night I was at least expecting a clean linens. Holy Cow, this was DISGUSTINGLY AWFUL!!!

Our room really needed new carpet, the stains are the worst I have seen in a hotel in this price range. Other than that the room was clean, and the customer service was great. The complementary starbucks coffee downstairs was nice too.

The hotel overall was very outdated, the carpet had several stains, the TV didn't work, thank goodness I was there for only one night and not the two as originally planned. The sofa bed was dirty, the curtains and shades were super filthy. Guests woke up to no coffee as promised from Starbucks in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff was wonderful, helpful and very sweet. We loved how everything we wanted to do was about a 15-20 minute drive from the hotel or even shorter. Definitely recommend here if you're staying in Vegas and not wanting to stay on the strip.

Overall a descent place, the pictures show a jacuzzi and that was all filled in, and unable to use. the pool was nice to have at least. Clean place in a good area close to shopping and food choices.

I liked the amenities such the pool and gym which were all easy to access. The hotel was clean with nice staff. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was great which was about 15 minutes away from the strip.

They nickel and dime you. $45 to check in early when it was pretty close to check in time. Starbucks in the morning for fee abd no breakfast offering. Pretty steep price for a motel like experience.

The shower floor tile needed to be regrouted, the shower curtain should go to the floor if there is no tub to prevent water going on the bathroom floor where the toilet is, the bed sheet had a black stain on it, and check in wasn't until 4pm. I brought an animal, paid the $75 fee but was not offered any services for my dog like a bed or dog bowl, etc. There was also a $5 a day parking fee. All things i wasnt expecting prior to my stay.
