It it real bad, also cost $20 to Uber to strip. Stay somewhere else if u want a casino in your room and prices are crazy. I paid $289 $39 resort fee. If prices are nuts stay at a nice hotel with no casino & Uber to others. I didn’t win a penny at this hotel either lol

When I made my reservation, I was told that the property is a non-smoking facility. Only the guest rooms seem to be the only non-smoky areas.

There was trash in the hallway when I arrived. The shower did not work properly and they refused to move my room. They also charge a $39 resort fee that I was not aware of previously.

The carpet of the room was dirty. I payed for the premium room that was supposed to have a fridge, it did not have it. When I asked for it, they wanted to charge more until I reminded them I had paid premium rate already. When they delivered the fridge, it was a tiny, beat up fridge that would wobble on one side. I asked for an iron 2 times to two different people, and I never got it. The staff was not very friendly. When I asked for a luggage cart, I had to leave my drivers license to borrow it and they would give it back when I returned the cart. At one point, my room smelled strongly like Marijuana, maybe from the room next door or the vents. The parking was well lit and had plenty of parking space. The noise level was ok. I did not try the cafeteria so I do not know about the food.

Worth the Price
Quick stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean (except under the bed, discovered the next morning while gathering our own belongings.) Quiet enough to sleep though we could easily hear neighbors TVs, but AC helped drown them out. Definitely worth the price.

The price was the cheapest o could find last minute. I was skeptical about staying here because it looks out dated & needs some updated remodeling. It was clean, quiet & transportation to & from the airport was provided from the hours of 5am-9:30 pm. I would only stay here again in cases of last minute emergency.

Property was close to the Thomas and Mack arena short 15min walk. Concient location to dining/fast food choices. Rooms were decents size and beds were average on comfort. Desk avaliable if needed for work or buisness. Free shuttle to and from airport. Driver has the BEST customer service!!
