In the "Tower I was in " 3 floors 2nd and 3rd floor ice makers weren't working all 3 days I was there . Front desks remedy was to tell me to go to the first floor for the ice . Staff didn't seem to have a solution and never could I talk to mgr . They were always in a meeting. There solution was to comp me one day resort fee .. they'd recently switched the bathroom door knobs...the beauty ring was smaller than the previous one but no one thought to repaint the door so ...had a big round paint ring brown both sides on a gray door .

Worthy budget hotel.

Very comfortable and clean stay. The only big negative is the heavy cigarette smell in lobby. Passing through every time you leave the hotel is bothersome. Room itself was smoke free.

Quiet, Clean n Comfy

Checking in was easy, fast and agent was very friendly n welcoming. If looking for a quiet no thrills inexpensive place to stay highly recommend. No refrigerator in room but it was clean and had the basics. This is 2nd time stayed here and wasn't disappointed. Centrally located to Vegas attractions but just enough off the beaten path.

We checked in very late to our room and found blood stains on the drapes and baseboard lose and missing from the wall. I reported these issues the next day and the front desk said they would have another room ready in 2 hours. Receive the keys to the new room and went to check it out before we moved. This room looked like someone has slept in the beds. Went back to the front desk and let them know and they gave me another room. This room was worse! I guess they don't have room inspection, cause both these room should of failed. Went back to the front desk and told them that we're just going to stay in our original room. All we got out of this mess and inconvenience was a sorry by the front desk manager. We stayed there quite a bit especially when it was named Terribles and after it switched over to Silver Sevens, it has been steadily gotten worse. No one seems to care anymore...
