The unit was not clean at the time of check in. Had to wait more than 2 hours and call several times to get an answer. The owner promised to give me an additional day for free due to the inconvenience but he changed his mind later. He didn’t even communicate my stay with the front desk. Extremely unorganized, and communication was terrible.
The room was not clean at all. This unit is only good if you want to invite strippers over and have that type of setup. Not good for families, don’t let pictures fool you, it’s not clean
It takes 15-20min of waiting everytime you want to use the elevator, very inconvenient.
Due to my late check in we got $100 voucher to spend on food and drink. We went to Laguna restaurant on the 6th floor. The African girl at the front desk of the restaurant was so rude and had so much attitude (the rest of the crew were helpful and nice). We got BURNT wings, literally they were black and completely hard and burnt. When i show that to the front desk girl to get a refund she keep saying that’s how bbq wings look like (like i never seen bbq wings in my life that she has to tell me how they look like, not helpful and rude). They got the manager involved and he was very nice and gave me my refund. But the fact that the African girl at the front desk of the restaurant keep telling me nothing is wrong with those wings is just a joke, specially with her terrible attitude. The food was average.
