Access to all amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool, Wet Republic Etc. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a kitchenette that has microwave, stove top and small fridge. It also has a entertainment center including a flat screen TV, Pull out sofa that sleeps two and office desk and FREE WIFI. The pool is open as well as the fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided.
