I read some of the negative reviews & for me,they were unfounded…this property was off the strip so it was quiet & peaceful,my room was clean & spacious,plenty of wash rags & towels,the bed was very comfortable.I could easily walk to the strip,this was my second time at this property & I can’t wait to go back

Okay, but not sure we would reserve again.
First, the reservation was made thru Hotels.com, but we didn't know we were renting from a owner until after we submitted the reservation. We have previously stayed at the Signature Towers and had a great experience, so our experience this trip was a surprise. The room was okay, you could tell the house keeping was lacking. You could really see it in the bathroom. The mirror and counter top were dirty. The shower grout needs a thorough cleaning. The couch and chair were very dated and worn. The alarm clock was so old it was useless. Then, lack of wash clothes and paper products was disappointing, considering we couldn't ask the hotel for them and the owner would charge an astronomical fee if we requested anything additional. We were provided 3 washclothes for two people for a three day stay. We always use a new washcloth for every shower, as that gross to use a washcloth more than once. They would have charged us $28.xx for any additional towels. They provide one very partial box of Kleenex. There was maybe 10 in the box there was not any extra boxes provided and we would have been charged for any house keeping services. My husband and I both ended up with a cold on the trip, so I walked to the Target on the strip to purchase Kleenex. We have traveled a lot and stayed at many different hotels and VRBO's. This is the first time in my life to experience this sort of circumstances.

After staying at The Signature/Luxury Suites International on many, many occasions (previous to this stay our property of choice) we found the property on this stay to be lacking in cleanliness and care and attention to its patrons. The sinks in the bathroom were plugged with so much gross hair they would not drain, not to mention they were grossly dirty because they couldn’t properly be cleaned. A call to notify LSI created a repair ticket however over the 8 days of stay never was tended to or fixed. Additionally there was garbage debris under the kitchen sink, stains on bedside table, the brown carpet was in a very sad state, the picture over the jet tub looked like it had fallen into the tub and was just rehung. Supplies provided for our eight night stay ran short on toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap etc. rating: poor!!! The staff at The Signature registration desk don’t want to hear anything about it because The Luxury Suites International are privately owned. Recommendation: book The Signature suites so if you run into problems or have concerns there will be someone on site to help remedy.

The check in staff at Tower 2 were wonderful. That’s the only good thing about this place. The suite itself was not that good. The name luxury suites is misleading- it was anything but luxurious. There were stains on the carpet and also some of the lights were not working, including in the kitchen area. Very old and worn down.

This property was the quietest Vegas property we have been to. The rooms where well stocked and was comfortable. There was some cleanliness issue, it had not been vacuumed (snack bits left along the wall, fake eye lashes left from previous guests). The bedding was quite stained as well.

Decent location but the place was quite worn down and definitely not the cleanest. The whole unit had a very musty smell. I save maybe 100 by staying off the strip, but I don’t think it was worth it.

terrible experience.. the property is leased out to 3rd parties Need extra towels…call LSI and there’s a fee! need room cleaned…call LSI…there’s an extra fee! tv not working .. call LSI they’ll get to you when they can.. which was the next day!!! Great full service condo option. We made a full breakfast every day prior to heading out for the rest of the day. Abundance of pool options including on premise pool and full access to MGM Grand pool via indoor walkway. Balcony with view of pool and the strip. Only issue was the F1 race setup. What a pain for us as tourists and for the locals.

We had no idea our reservation was for a tired timeshare room with old, worn and filthy carpeting and furniture. This was like the motel 6 of hotels but with high prices. We tried speaking to the check in desk but they said it wasn’t their problem and gave us a phone number to call. Of course, there was no answer or response and the room was never cleaned. We had a difficult time sleeping and I really hope we didn’t brung home bed bugs. Terrible experience and expensive. Never again!

Don't see a better deal. You get a great one bedroom apartment with a kitchen a master with jetted tub and TV and a second bathroom with toilet and shower. You connected to the MGM Grand and can use all their facilities. And there is a monorail stop there
