Amazing place, Id rate it higher than 10 if I could. We stayed in the penthouse on the 36th floor. Room was super spacious, clean, huge bathroom. Awesome view from the balcony. Every single staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. Free valet included. This place is more on the queit side without a casino downstairs. If youre looking for more action theres a walkway to the mgm grand that takes about 3 minutes from the lobby. Great place and service overall, Im sure we will be back.

I was incredibly disappointed by Expedia. I booked a 1 room suite and upon arrival that was not the room given to me. I was told I would be given connecting rooms and the rooms were not connected. I tried contacting expedia customer service and was met with hour long wait times and was hung up on several times. Ultimately expedia told me there was no other room they could offer me and was given a credit.

We stay at this condo-hotel from 9/18/2024 to 9/20/2024. We were very pleased and impressed with the hotel. The cost of this privately own condo is half of what MGM hotel would charge for a king room and it also include valet parking, kitchen, jetted tub, and more. The room is large, clean, luxurious, with full view floor to ceiling window. The location is near the strip and we just walk 10 minutes to all the famous attractions such as Bellegio, Venetian, Caesar Palace, the Sphere, etc. We give it a 5-star rating for exceptional.

We arrived at 7pm to a dirty room where the staff was still cleaning...it was a 4pm check in...there's no excuse that we had to wait 45 minutes more. The second day, somebody pooped in the pool right when I was going to go swim, so I didn't even get to enjoy the pool AT ALL.

Very comfortable room. We love the hot tub in the room. I also love that there was a kitchenette! I wish there were better dining options (the restaurant closes at 6, and there is no room service). Friendly, polite staff!

The property had issues with TV losing signal. Took 2 days for the property to fix. Also the button to the patio was broken so we had one day that we didn’t use until maintenance came in. Also sink on right side didn’t work as it was clogged so the water stayed on the sink. Overall location was great but communication between hotel and management needs to improve.

The room was nice but on arrival there was a very loud raid smell like the suite was just sprayed for bugs, and I killed pest in the bathroom. Over all besides the smell & pest on the first night it was ok stay.
