Everything is nice and just as expected. Only issue when booking through Expedia, the property personal will not have nothing to do with you. I asked for an upgraded balcony. Everyones hands were tide. No one could do nothing bc we booked through Expedia. Okay fine. No biggie. Well we needed a few extra towels. Went to the front desk. They could not give us towels bc we booked through Expedia. We had to call Expedia and have thrm call thr property for towels. It ended up being an hour and a half process just for towels. I say we were treated like crap bc we booked through Expedia. No one would help us. Future reference just book we the property itself. This 3rd party stuff was terrible. Other than that it was beautiful and clean just as you would expect.

It’s a condo-hotel which a lot of the rooms are privately owned. They give you a number to call if you have questions, need help, or have any issues that need to be resolved, you can’t call the front desk for help. Our room safe was broken and they never fixed it. We tried to call wit another request and finally hung up after we waited on hold for 15 minutes. We will not be back.

The resort was a beautiful place to stay, the only issue was the communication with the front desk on small things like check in and towels. They were very rude and was not providing no customer service for the guests being there. They kept referring me to call the number to speak with someone about checking in and asking for things like towels and soap. The number I called they were closed and still didn't receive any additional help. As a guest I did not feel welcome at the resort and this is a matter that should be addressed across the board with the hotel front desk.

Amazing place, Id rate it higher than 10 if I could. We stayed in the penthouse on the 36th floor. Room was super spacious, clean, huge bathroom. Awesome view from the balcony. Every single staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. Free valet included. This place is more on the queit side without a casino downstairs. If youre looking for more action theres a walkway to the mgm grand that takes about 3 minutes from the lobby. Great place and service overall, Im sure we will be back.

I was incredibly disappointed by Expedia. I booked a 1 room suite and upon arrival that was not the room given to me. I was told I would be given connecting rooms and the rooms were not connected. I tried contacting expedia customer service and was met with hour long wait times and was hung up on several times. Ultimately expedia told me there was no other room they could offer me and was given a credit.
