It’s shameful that Oyo is affiliated with this trash property. I legitimately thought I was booking a room at the Old Hooters Casino Hotel on the strip. This place should be condemned. Dirty and outdated by at least 30 years. The bed is about as comfortable as a park bench. They say you can walk to Fremont in 20mins but you’d probably get killed on the way. When I showed up at 1pm there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot and they wanted $25 for early check-in, which I did bc I didn’t have anywhere else to put my bags. They don’t even have shampoo in the bathrooms, just bar soap. Towels are child-size. Room is dirty as hell and no chairs or even an extra outlet to charge your phone. Do not stay at this dump. I basically paid $180 just for a place to drop my bags and take a bath bc I damn sure wouldn’t come down here at night. Oyo should be ashamed to have their name on this meth manor.
Bates Motel is this one; worst motel I’ve ever eve
This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. You couldn’t pay me to stay here. It definitely had bedbugs, disgusting bathroom conditions, the pipes smelled. we literally walked into there. Use the restroom and immediately checked out. The lady at the front desk asked was the hotel decent she said no. it’s sad are promoting this on Hotels.com. This place should be condemned. Please don’t ever make the mistake I made by booking this hotel. Oyo is fronting like their promoting this place by using their logo, but it is not related to Oyo hotel.
At first glance the room was not too bad but looks nothing like the picture shown. We reserved 2 rooms for one night. In the first room there was drugs left under the bed and in the second room a used condom and wrapper left. Use caution if you decide to use this hotel.
I take responsibility for not reading closely enough the location of the motel. This hotel should not be advertised as OYO. It can be easily mistaken as the OYO on the strip. The pictures of the room are completely misleading as there are no rooms at this motel that look this clean.
The check in window is outside so you have to stand outside before you get your room. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the front only to be told that the motel could not accommodate my reservation made 11/22 for a 12/31 stay. They had a double smoking but no double non smoking rooms were available. It was new years eve in Las vegas so I had no choice but to take the room. The room was filthy with the floor sinking in. It stunk of a mix of smoke and air freshener. The sheets seemed clean enough but the bed was like a rock. Luckily, we only booked one night and had evening plans. We put stuff against the door because the lock on the door could have easily been kicked in. The bathroom was dirty.
We paid almost $200 for a horrible experience. Watch out OYO has put their name on several seedy motels in the area. Don't get played the fool like I was. The OYO Gateway Motel is disgusting and filthy!
Literally a crack motel
Don't waste your money with this brand of hotels, I stayed on two different locations in Las Vegas and was Totally disappointed for the quantity of the rooms, cleanliness, price and policies of OYO
They charge for parking even if you are a guest, didn't trust to leave my belongings in my room but the safe didn't work, the tub has what looks like blood stains on it, the rooms smelled like an ash tray, and many more negative stuff.
Will say you don't have a reservation even you show the confirmation number. will ask for a no-show regardless if you tried to check in multiple times.
Paper thin pillows, disgusting bathrooms that’s re falling apart, furniture in horrible condition and outdated 25 years. the whole place makes you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.
The service was ok but the hotel is too old, the carpets are old and smelly, the floor is uneven, the bed is defective and the bathroom needs to change everything . In general, I think it would be appropriate to renovate the entire hotel
The place was horrible. The area was getto. There was ppl using the bathroom outside as well as sleeping on the sidewalks. The hotel was a place for prostitution. The clerk even told us that we didnt wanna stay there. It was awful.
