The light switches in the room are ridiculous and we had to have a tech come to help turn it off. The front desk was incredibly helpful with several things, but if I ever stay in a hotel with these light switches again I may lose my mind.

The room, lobby and common areas were comfortable and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. I particularly want to give a shout out to the ladies that do breakfast. I was traveling alone with my three kids ( including a two year old) and they were very helpful getting my kids through the breakfast line and getting us seated at a table. They were just over all friendly with everyone and it was very much appreciated.

Irregular Housekeeping
Pleasant staff and accommodations but when we checked in we were advised there was a shortage of housekeeping staff and we would not be getting daily service. Instead we were asked to call in when service was necessary the following day which worked once but not several days later. Had we not prepaid for our stay we would have elected to stay elsewhere. We were on our first vacation after 4 years so were eager to have a better experience. There was no reduction in the cost of our 6 day stay despite not having received full service. We avoided the breakfast being offered since it was of low quality but other guests seemed to be fine with what was available.
