Awesome location - close to the Sphere and the Vegas Strip. Both in walking distance. The furniture is very dated and need to be refurbished. TVs are not smart TVs as you are not able to connect them to the WiFi. The staff is professional and polite. The staff checks on you to confirm everything is going well. I was very impressed with staff communication during our 2 night stay. This resort is of the typical IHG standards (not a 4/5 star resort but decent). We enjoyed our stay here. The 2-bedrooms suite has everything you need including full size washer/dryer.

What we liked that was unique about the property is that there was a washer and dryer attached to the villa. What we didn't like is that a family of very loud children was placed directly above us and there was a lot of screaming, stomping and yelling. When I called about the loudness, I was told that "next time" ask for a villa on a top floor. I think the point is NOT to place a loud family on the top floor. Because of this response we will be staying elsewhere the next time we visit Vegas.

Our room was extremely dirty. It wasn’t completed and we waited all day to check in. The front desk team couldn’t care less what time you arrived. They have no system on how they handle arrives. They barely speak to you, no smiles no, thank you. They speak to hotel staff the way they should speak to paying customers. The pictures on line and the room we checked into did not look the same. The property is dated and they do not follow any of the IHG cleaning standards. Extremely disappointed in our stay. I called twice to have my room cleaned no one came. I never received a call from the manager either. Very disappointing service. The property it self is very big and right across the street from the sphere. The Concierge, the employees at the room key counter and the employees at the front door including all the drivers were very nice and kind. The front desk could learn from them.

We loved that the walk wasnt far from the strip and the view of the sphere was amazing! We had to tell them no thank you to a time share meeting we had no interest in but they were understanding. The rooms were very clean and dishes were available to cook with which saved us money having a family of five. My only complaint is very small...there was no can opener.

I was very pleased with the room accomodations, very nice! I was disappointed with some of the facilities needing repair. The hot tub near my building didnt work. The lock on my door was broken and took 30 minutes at 1am to unlock. Some of the staff were helpful some acted polite but not helpful. It was nice that there was an onsite restaurant

Perfect stay, we stayed at the multiple rooms signature suite. Worked great for my family. Kid friendly, kids loved it and we loved the fact that the sphere was walking distance since we did the Anyma concert. Overall great stay and I would recommend this place for families .

Best view of The Sphere!!!
The hotel is off the strip so it’s not too busy and easier to get in and out. It takes about 10 mins walk to the Linq high roller or 15 mins to the strip. If you have family with kids, I recommend to stay here as they do not have casino and SMOKING FREE!!!! Customer service is great, warm welcoming and they text to check on you every day to make sure everything is okay. We have washer and dryer in our 2 bedrooms 2 baths unit with Tide powder detergent, you just need to bring some dryer sheets. The most excited thing that we experienced that the hotel is right next to the Sphere. Grab a beer and sit on the balcony to enjoy the view day or night.
