Not good for families. Very small modern room. Tiny single sink. Great shower. Very little room for clothes and bags etc. Breakfast was not good…go a block away for great breakfast at Scrambled Games and lobby good, pool was tiny and 3 feet deep no hot tub - not good for kids over maybe 6…

The amenities at this hotel are extremely limited. The outdoor "pool" is a splash pad; the sink in bathroom is tiny; a two drawer pod and a hanger rod is all you get for your clothing. Lots of ubs plugs: But not even a clock in the room. The TV streaming you need to use your own Netflix, YouTube, Prime accounts to access with your phone. The lobby pumps out a fragrance so strong you can't relax there without a headache and watery eyes. The furniture and decor feel sub-IKEA. Better accomodations and prices at Casino hotels. Would not recommend to anyone. It may seek to be a "Chic and Trendy" brand; but it feels Cheap and overpriced.

This isn't a quiet place. We could hear every noise, doors closing and opening, people chatting while walking down the hall, people partying nearby at 2 am. It's in a very safe neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants nearby. Clean, mostly, the panel dividing the room had sections that weren't clean. Lots of outlets, USB ports, decent internet, a clothes steamer, room refrigerator, etc. Would stay here again, but would ask for a room at the end of the floor.

The staff was friendly overall but to be a boutique type of hotel... it wasn't that accommodating. I ordered the breakfast for 2 but was under the impression it could be delivered to the room and it was from 6-9a only. Unfortunately, I'm disabled (with a balance syndrome) and unable to move out walk around freely. So even though i paid for it, never utilized it (money lost). Now the room was clean and nice, nicely decorated, but these walls are thin as tinsel next to, above, all around....I was almost scared whoever was above me was gonna come crashing down through the ceiling. That part was a nightmare, it either sounded like i was gonna meet my neighbors from upstream m upstairs to people sounding like the moving furniture or doing construction up and down by my room.... it was maddening! I wanted a little stay-cation alone to have a peaceful stay and clear my head. However, my experience ended up being ...Meh which not a fan of since this was no cheap stay! Que Sera I guess... Crazy thing but the best thing there was the ice from ice machine lol (I loved it!)

The Aloft Henderson property is very comfortable to stay at and the rooms and lobby area are very clean. The staff goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Tons of parking and the area is safe and quiet. I would definitely to stay here again on my next business trip.
