The staff has never been so great, since the moment of checking, the young girl at the front desk was excellent. She find my reservation without any issues. In minutes we were checking in route to our room. The next day in the afternoon I was very surprised to come back to a clean room. The cleaning staff was excellent. The stay was way better that most chain hotels or big resorts.

From the start, the room was extremely clean, even better than 5 star hotels. The environment was quiet and the staff very accommodating. When we ate at the bar and grill restaurant, the young man server who helped us was very nice and personable. He understood his roll as server and respect and knowing the product he was serving. Thank you so much for the service of this hotel.

Nice, quite, all-suite resort with no gaming.
Check-in was ok - associate was only tepidly friendly checking in our group. Lounge was pleasant, but seemed understaffed. Waitress seemed to be gone for long periods of time and the dish washer must have been on vacation, because once the glassware ran out, we were switched to plastic cups. Not cool. Rooms were fantastic - well appointed and comfortable. Security walking around the premises a lot - felt safe.
